We went in yesterday not knowing exactly what to expect having totaled our BMW recently. Justin and Eddie were nothing short of amazing. They called our insurance company who previously was unwilling to budge on fixing our car and got them to agree to not total our vehicle but fix it instead THEN went above and beyond to give us the option to buy another vehicle. Needless to say, we ended up finding something we liked more. They lowered our interest rate and paid off our previous loan. This was by far the BEST experience I had ever had with a car dealership and will be purchasing all my vehicles from them in the future. Thank you so much Justin and Eddie!!! We appreciate your honesty and integrity and look forward to doing business with y’all in the future!

Worst place you could get a car from. They are a very shady company And have screwed SEVERAL people over. They need to be shut down. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I am from Kalamazoo and was looking at it for a good week online and I call the day before and they say they still have the vehicle, then the next day I call just to see if it is there, mind you it is around 4 o'clock the next day. They say its being test driven but we get up there from a decent drive and they say that they sold it on the Tuesday not the Wednesday I go up there and said its being test driven. LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH. Cant believe they are able to sell cars and are still around

Today I went into car zone just to see what they could help me with. I explained my situation I have a 1 year old son. Who has 3 airway defects so we see a lot of specialists (tons of droving.) I have been asking my mom for rides to them since my car wasn't safe. I didn't think for one moment I would leave with a vehicle. I have bad credit and not much to put down. The employee's went above and beyond to help me out. They even made it affordable for me to have an extended 2 year warranty. ♡ I will forever be grateful! Because of you all I don't have to worry about a safe car. Or how I'm getting my son to his next appointment safely. I absolutely loved driving my Mazda tribute home tonight!! From the bottom of my heart thank you all so much for helping us out.
