These guys are on top of their game!! Was on the west coast and sent them an email about a used Camaro and they responded with some details at 3am. They followed up the next day after my red eye flight. I ended up driving down to look at and buy the car the following day. Very helpful salesman (Kevin Jarvis) with a quick in and out transaction.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a used car from Fred Martin and it has been nothing but a headache. The salesman has yet to submit the service request that has been worked into the deal. When you try and contact the salesman or the sales manager they are never there and never return your calls. Secondly a lease pay off was added into the deal as well three weeks later still no check so im paying for two vehicles now while I wait!

Ford Explorer is the best! inside to outside you can't ask for a better vehicle: roomy, seats fold down with many cargo options! It drives in snow like military equipment, always keeping me safe. I unfortunately wrecked my 2014 but walked away without a scratch, that Explorer kept me safe!!! I will never deviate from the Explorer EVER :-) I had sales rep Curt Putnam and it was a smooth transaction he found what I wanted, not what he had to sell! The service department guys there are great too, seamless transactions and on my way quickly when need an oil change or car wash!! Its like my own personal care car team!

Update From the original post about this Jeep, it is now dead, transmission went at 76,000 miles, was probably the issue when i told them it lost speed on the freeway when I first purchased it

Although this car I bought is driving me completely insane and I would rather give it back and get something different, I can say that everyone here has been very nice through my frustration. They are doing everything they can to resolve the issues I am having with this car.

Recieved my car back September 29th. It still pulls to the right while driving, the brake is still squeaking, was told it was doing it because it sat for a few days there, well a month and half later and I drive everyday, it squeaks every time I hit the brake and yet again, after the tire seal was fixed, it is not holding the tire pressure. I get more and more angry every time I make a car payment that I paid so much for this vehicle. At this point, I am frustrated to no end.

My fiance and I came in to look at a fusion. We dealt with a young salesmen who was helpful. After we decided we would wait and continue to look around elsewhere the sales manager Randy was brought into the cubicle. Randy was very unprofessional twice yelling at the young salesmen infront of my fiance and I for not doing more. Randy was very obnoxious twice mocking my fiance and I and would not stop inquiring about a vehicle a family friend purchased at a different Ford dealership. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend!
