Dennis the salesman and Justin in finance are fantastic. I usually dread car shopping and this was the best experience. I wish I had been a Cadillac customer all along. I'm hooked. And here it is 2017 the routine maintenance service continues all of the staff are great people from the show room the salesman the body shop and service. We dropped off an SRX for service and were quite concerned by the way the vehicle was running. We were given a 2018 XT5 loaner in the interim, (which we liked very much). A simple oil change resolved all issues with the SRX and we now know to change oil more frequently due to high mileage on it. All staff I interacted with was kind, courteous, professional and most importantly, friendly.
Hats off to a great team and may blessings abound this Christmas to all.

I left them a message and looked on their site and no one got back to me. Was seriously inquiring about a vehicle. They're down the street that's the King. One of their Cadillac ATS and made it clear on the website! Figured they would be like they were many years ago. And they were excellent. I'm sure they are maybe it's just because it was online. But we literally had a conversation through text with a computer.

The used car sales dept ,Brian Campbell told my son ,who bought his first car that he was getting a upgraded package but Brian lied..Brian said he would fix anything that was wrong with the car and he didnt..Be carefull and do your homework before taking the sales people advise here!!

Nice dealership and the salesman was a nice guy but when I spoke to the manager about possible options for pricing he was short with me and didn't really take time to listen or explain things. I am rather disappointed because I was still planning to take my business to this dealer, but after being treated this way by the manager, I will be buying a car elsewhere. They didn't seem that interested in trying to sell a car that had been on their lot for over 6 months.

We were happy with the service we received at the dealership when purchasing our vehicle. We drove a hour to purchase from them because it was the best price that we found on the vehicle we wanted. The reason I did not give 5 stars was the process after the purchase. We purchased from out of state and we didn't receive the title to have the plates and registration transferred until the last day of our temp plates. Also we paid for the vehicle with a check from our bank and the check was overwritten by $200 which is supposed to be sent back to us, but we still haven't received it after 2 months and multiple phone calls.

I purchased my Silverado new from Columbiana and have had outstanding service every time I had it into the dealership. I recently had an issue while going to work in the morning The spare tire under the truck bed had lowered and the tire was dangling in the air. I could not get the wrench of the nut to tighten the hoist. The retainer clip that holds the guide rod came loose & I couldn't tighten the hoist. I stopped in without an appointment on their busiest time of the day. Aaron in Service helped me, he took the truck and put it on the rack and realigned to guide for the hoist nut so the tire could be tightened. I was on my way to work in no time. Marty Malone is the service manager and he has a great team.

What a pleasant experience!!! I knew pretty much what I wanted in a new vehicle so I called to talk to a sales person. I spoke with Cheryl A. and explained to her, she set me up with an appt. ~~~I love the vehicle I purchased. Cheryl was so helpful, explaining everything and working with me including having the vehicle prepared for me to take home!!!I so appreciate her !!! The finance person, Heather, was equally fabulous!!!

We had our car for 3 days and have had nothing but problem after problem. My wife went on her own and bought her 2008 Enclave; and I'm finding out now that they did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle with her before letting her drive off the lot. Brake lights are out, knobs are missing, the hatch doesn't open from the outsideect..ectthe list goes on. They lied about the recall check; They warned us that there was only one open recall on the vehicle but assured us that it was fixed. Upon my own researchI found five open recalls. All which have to do with the direct safety of the passengers. This was my wifes first time buying a car completely on her own and I also found out that they neglected to record the signing procedure (that they are required to do by law) and did not fully explain to her what she was signing. On top of all that, her sales person was a complete hack. I met him twice and also dealt with him on my own when I took the car back the first time, the day after we brought it home. He spent the entire time talking out of his ass and talking around the issue instead of fixing the problem..had my wife not already signed the papers I would have parked our car in his office and walked home.
Now, I understand that buying a 10 year old vehicle is not without its risks, but, being from a known and professional dealership like this one, consumers should not have to be going through the trouble that we are. The things that we are experiencing are things that should have been taken care of BEFORE it was put up for sale. I now understand why they do not offer a return policy. Which is new to me..I have never in my life purchased a car from a used dealer that didn't offer a return window..
Needless to say, I will never purchase another vehicle from this company again.
