  They never answer the phone and I get the same message. The message says that the line has been disconnected and no longer in service.

  Tried calling the juror line many times yesterday, just to speak with someone about rescheduling for Mondaythat was a joke.

  i was there for jury duty for 6 days but got paid only for one day if call them it is busy or they don't pick phone send them email no reply and they teach people obey Law but they don't follow next time no more jury duty rather i will go to Jail this is the sistyme make you criminal

  No parking or shuttle. Have to find parking and pay for it. Lawyers, the City and Judges get rich but us servants of the state get nothing. Really? When average people struggle to pay their bills and City workers, who get paid from our taxes which are collected through misrepresentation, get good pay, health care, pension, etc.; you think they would have the decency to at least act like they still serve 'We the people'. When lawyers get paid a minimum of $300 per hour we should at least get a measly $100 per day for jury duty as well as free and protected parking. Especially in a city with a high crime rate. For the average non-welfare recipient who actually depends on 40 plus hours a week to pay the bills I am the one getting rolled. It appears justice is not only blind, it is deaf and dumb to the needs of the people it professes to serve.

  Constantly sent around with phone tagging. "Call this number." "No you want this number instead." The nerve of these people and to put it all together every person I talked besides one specifically had an attitude as if this isn't their job. Rude employees in a justice department? That's not a good reflection on the city please change your method of business it's unprofessional.

  The staff are rude and unprofessional, the place looks like like it hasn't been cleaned in years, no free parking. NO GOOD

  They never answer the phonebut they know how to send a post card,and tell people to call from 11 til 330..they probably busy playing with they cellphone.
