I've been here on and off for work for the past few months and let me tell you: their food is excellent. Every day is a new specials menu and the core menu has great items to appeal to many people.

The facility is clean, the bars are well stocked and the staff are very friendly and accommodating! The building is definitely old, and the style of it definitely reflects that, but don't let that deter you!

There is sailing classes for all ages and a swim team. During the day there are many kids, but there are plenty of things for them to do. They recently had a new wireless put in that has great speeds!

Beautiful clubhouse with a classic feel, building needs some renovations but overall it is gorgeous. Pool is great and the view is unbeatable.

We are a guest every other year for the speed boat races. Always great service, food and cocktails. Great classic building!

What a joke, they "let us in" to use the outdated bathrooms! Overheard from some overinflated, self important, pompous windbag.be careful THEY might try to sneak in and get in the restaurant. Really? Listen ass in a white hat and coat playing Captain Stubing.go **** yourself we just paid to see a Viking Ship. Next time you host an event with us deplorables, do us a favor, rent some Porta potty privies, we don't WANT TO COME IN!! We don't care about your "club" we came to see a magnificent ship not your club which is falling apart and in greatly in need of major repairs!!!

Absolutely love this yacht club! It is such a beautiful structure. The staff is warm and inviting. The management is highly professional and they host events to perfection. Members are down to earth and extremely friendly. I have held and attended many events there and it will always be one of my favorite locations in Detroit.
