  I'm a local person so I figured id give my local dealers a chance. Huge mistake. Test drove a new Crosstrek which was fantastic I thought, but the big thing was I wanted to trade in my 2012 WRX Limited which only has 42k miles and is in great condition. They undercut the heck out of me and offered 12k? What a joke. Absolutely ruined me ever buying a car there. The car is easily worth 20k private and I expected to be low balled but something where we can negotiation. On top of that they were super slow and after the test drive I had to wait 20 minutes to see our salesman again. I get it its busy but I've purchased a bunch of cars in my life and this was one of the worst experiences. Do not go here if you want to trade in a car and get decent value. They treat you like an idiot.

  Great Place to have your car serviced. The service advisor- David Bates & the service /parts Director - Rob Borsch are extremely friendly and technically very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mid Hudson Subaru

  I received tremendous help and service from the Subaru staff. My sales agent, Wayne, went out of his way to accommodate my needs and make sure I was comfortable with and knowledgable about the car. A great experience and a dealership I would highly recommend.

  I recommend Mid-Hudson Subaru. I have bought two Outbacks there. Rick Davis has been great to work with before and after the sale. And the service department has cautioned when work didn't need to be done even when recommended elsewhere. They are a good team.

  Our 2015 Forester was coming up for a lease renewal and we decided to see what was available for a new lease. We met with Sales Associate Ted Lee as well as General Sales Manager Tom Deluca, who were both extraordinarily helpful. We decided on a 2017 Impreza. Ted made the entire leasing experience painless and actually quite enjoyable. This is our fourth lease with Mid Hudson Subaru and would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Subaru.

  My experience at Mid-Hudson Subaru was second to none. Everyone from start to finish went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and actually enjoy buying a car (something I have dreaded in the past). I started my search online and dealt with the Internet Sales Manager, Kelly, who gave me quick, accurate information which got me in the door. I arrived to my appointment on a snowy Saturday and was greeted at the door with big, friendly smiles. Immediately I felt at ease. Bill Brinkerhoff was my sales person, but felt more like a friend who was advising me on which vehicle/options would fit my needs. He was patient and kind even when I had him going out in the cold to pull up several different cars for me to look at since I couldn’t make up my mind. When it came time to discuss numbers, he presented the information in a clear and professional manor and never once made me feel like he was “pulling one over on me” (something I have felt at other dealerships in my search). I couldn’t be happier with the car, the price, and the overall sales experience. As I mentioned earlier, everyone from the Internet to my Sales Person to the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager were outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

  Really wonderful experience buying my Subaru from these guys! Rick Davis was great! He recommended a number of cars for me and I was able to take them on extensive test drives to decide on a favorite. I also had a chance to talk to one of their mechanics about the car which was great. Rick outlined the details of the certification, warranty options and purchasing options as well as being really upfront with his own recommendations and they worked with me to accommodate my budget and slightly crazy work schedule. Thanks Mid-Hudson! I love my new Subaru! Is
