This hotel is the best value at Rochester. The service is great! All staffs are very nice. Room is comfortable and clean. There's a wegmans next to them. Very convenient!

Horrible just plan horrible. We booked a suite with a Jacuzzi that did not work. When we called the front desk all the attendant could say was she didn't know how it worked. Fine we left it at that.Then to our suprised at 1am in the morning The Jacuzzi turns itself on making these loud noise, again the desk attendant didnt offer any help and moved us to the next room over which we could still hear the jacuzzi throughout the night. The next morning we spoke with the manager Tyler and he refused to give us a free night because "If we give everyone a free night when something goes wrong we'll make no money". After arguing back and forth he gave a us a that night free and we did not want to come back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even a sorry for the inconveniences placed on us

The staff was freindly and responsive. Our room was very nice for a Microtel. Modern amenities for a small hotel at a good rate for last minute reservation. The only downside: Unfortunately, the cable system plays a noise when turning on or off the TV, regardless of the loud volume set on the TV. I'd recommend it, especially since there's very little else in the area.

Nice place, rooms are wonderful. They need better breakfast just had bagels and muffins, orange juice taste water down, coffee wasn't ready. Staff was wonderful.

After a survey to all my family members we share the same opinion. We were looking for a hotel near to the Niagara Falls but everything was too expensive, so we decided to drive one hour and pay less. The option was great because we enjoyed the magnificent Niagara Falls and in addition we enjoyed around Roschester in its nice parks and museums. Nice and clean with a great staff. Very quiet and the breakfast was good. You can't ask for nothing better for the price that you will pay.

Fantastic place and staff. Great value and generous service!

We had a fire incident where we stay few days ago, all the tenants including us went to Microtel and honestly I didn't expect to be close to such a great place.
The breakfast isn't bad at all. Free coffee machine (including decaf and free tea bags with the hot water). Fresh Water & lemon all the time, lemons juice free all the time, in addition to the soft drinks fountain, free as well.

The rooms are spacious, good room service, they also accommodate pets which is great.

When they knew about our situation, they gave us all, the fire incident survivors, a very generous discount to help us worry less about our stay at their place, which shows their genuine materials.

Muffins, cupcakes, donuts or cookies are available also for free.

The place and the people make a great place to go to.

First room we had, we found a large red stain between the beds on the floorwe had to take cold showers at night but figured it was us running too much hot water. In the morning we had to ask for a new room because there were only two temps very cold and very hot. We got a new room within minutes and had to move. The second roo. Was good with water, but stains on the floor as well and the thermostat didn't work. So we just stayed out of the room. Other than thatthey make fresh cookies every now and then.

Very reasonable price. Booked the jacuzzi room for three nights. LOVE the jacuzzi. Very relaxing. This is actually my second time in the room. Room also has a mini fridge and a microwave. Awesome room.

We were pleasantly surprised during our stay. The rooms are more spacious than expected but certainly not large (it is the Microtel after all). The entire hotel is clean and well kept. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, muffins and donuts. Coffee, juices and fruit were also offered. Ample parking is available. The hotel is within walking distance of a plaza with numerous food establishments, a general store and a laundromat.
