Clean affordable rooms. Polite staff. We stay here on every trip to New England.

Not bad if you need a cheap place to stay. Definitely not the cleanest or most up to date, but it works in a pinch.

Inexpensive hotel right beside I-90. Rooms we're ok. Perfect for a quick over night on a road trip

I don't know why people said this was outdated and what not For the price for a nights stay this is great! Friendly staff and very comfy beds. Could have more pillows But hey that is nitpicking

Worn, badly in need of updates. Have to go next door to Days Inn to get breakfast. Truly a budget, no frills motel

This place smells like an old gym shoe. The rooms smelled musty and just bad in general. The place was fairly clean looking just smelled unpleasant.

Non-smoker put in a smoking room. Reeked! Toilet leaks water on the floor. Dirty towel behind the door. Half a cookie under the phone when i called front desk for a non smoking room. Front desk attendance was sweet. Switched us. New room.cleaner, but still an odd odor. Not smoke atleastcarpet either not vacuumed or done quite poorly!
The amount of money i spent on this room has left me appalled! ! Don't stay here!! Ever! Probably calling corporate to complain! 😞😞😡

Pleasant staff. Clean. Honestly, most comfortable bed of any hotel, etc., that I have ever slept in. Fresh coffee and warmed cinnamon buns for breakfast. They were packaged but when warmed for 12 seconds, delicious. Great value. Bill Loeb Glens Falls NY

Very cheap but it shows. Rooms were that of a $60 a night room. That staff was friendly and accommodating which was a pleasant experience. If you need a quick stay for cheap and all you care about is friendly staff and a bed to sleep in, this is your place.

The night lady at the counter is amazing, but the day staff is interesting to say the least. Stayed 3 times, first time jacuzzi suite was great. Second time the day girl scheduled the wrong day and charged us as a no show. Show up on the correct day and they put my husband and I up at the days Inn and didn't tell house keeping we were in there. They came barging in early telling is we weren't suppose to be there. This time the jacuzzi was falling apart and was shooting crud and hair out the vents. Needless to say we opted out of using the jacuzzi. Won't be staying again.

We have stayed at this place before, first time was not bad. We upgraded our room to the jacuzzi suite so another family could stay in the room we originally reserved. Front counter woman was great. Second time the person we set up the reservation with was borderline brain dead and reserved the wrong day, we show up on correct day and they had charged us as a no show and gave up our room. The owners of this hotel also own the one behind it so after figuring out where to sleep they put us in the other hotel for the night and didn't tell anyone so house keeping unlocks the door and tries to barge in the morning. The recent visit we went back to super 8 because the counter person that works night shift again was the same as the first and was very pleasant. This time the jacuzzi was falling apart, tiles around it were falling off, caulking was cracked and separated from the wall, turned the water on and filled it then turned the jets on in which dirt, chunks of something, and a wad of hair from chewbacca comes out which changed our minds about that, wasting 130 bucks. The towel racks were held in with drywall screws that were on the verge of falling off the wall, the counter top is separating from the rest of it. Informed the manager/owner in the woman and she continued to charge our card and said "oh really" will not be back to either place.

If I could give "0" stars I would. This hotel chain does not have any sense of sympathy for a death in the family and will charge you for the night. I should have read the other reviews more carefully before booking this hotel. I have never had to cancel a reservation before and especially considering the circumstances. I guess the business of $$ is more important than decency.
