I work for this company. Excellent place to stay at. Can't wait to customers since we just recently installed very nice Jacuzzi's.

Worst Days Inn ever been to. Go to a lot for pet friendly. Pimps pimping out a girl in next rm. Sink had no running water. Carpet underneath wet causing mold and ill respitory. Manager on the subject the next day "duhhuh". She looks complicit. Knock on wood. Part of it is stupid immature western new York.

Can I Give It a Zero? This place was just awful! We were in a non-smoking room, which was obviously a smoking room previously. They just tried to mask the smoke odor with a bad air freshener. We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned even though we were gone from before 9am until after 10pm. When I told the front desk, I was not even offered a small discount! Also, the back door was propped open with a rug (safety issue). Staying in my car would have been more luxurious!

Hotel is the worst. We were only here because it was included in our Niagra Falls Tour (L<ours) Hotel is completely dated, it was like going into a time machine to the 80's. The breakfast was powdered doughnuts and toast. WOMP WOMP WOMP

    2-stars is being generous.
The building was old and not quite run-down, but certainly not taken care of. The paint didn't go all the way to the corners of the ceiling and wall. It looks like it was painted only with a roller and no paint brush was used to cut in the corners. There were loose tiles in the lobby. Not a tripping hazard but you could feel them shift when you stepped on them.
The housekeeping wasn't good. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly, counter had rocks/sand on it after the room was cleaned and it stayed that way for 3 days. The carpet left my feet dirty after an evening of walking around the room.

Walked up first appearance awful. Horrible cheap peeling paint all over front frame of building doorway. 4th of July weekend so options limited. Check in fast and easy. Rooms smell weird, safety bar in shower installed incorrectly and falling off the tile and missing screws and tile was also coming apart. Flush toilet and get a high pitch squealing sound for about 5 minutes cause float valve needs replaced.
Water damage and warped paint blobs on walls. Now bedsfirst blanket had cigarette burn holes on it and paint blotches "I think" totally gross. Place needs to be condemned Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Oh in morning their breakfast cooker was late as well negative 2 stars.

Honestly pretty gross. The carpet was torn up in the room. Fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. Parts of the room were fixed really poorly with poor craftsmanship. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was an untreated or stained piece of wood drilled into the wall. Pieces of the molding along the floor was peeling off and the carpet was dirty. Also the breakfast the biscuits were cold and hard. The gravy was also coldand hard. Dude at the front with the red hair was pretty cool though, and did a good job. Shout out to him. Otherwise it would've been literally negative stars if possible.

Really, is it that difficult to understand that cleanliness and basic upkeep earns a good rating from customers? I rented two rooms for a night and I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the towels which were old and dirty. My stack of 3 towels in the room were all different shades of white, one was so old it was almost gray. The complimentary shampoo bottle was half full and still open! As if someone else had just used it. Weird. The only bright spot, was that the employee on duty that night was professional and nice.

After spending only a few hours at this dump, my friends and I decided to just keep on driving the extra hours and miles to get someplace decent. I didn't complain. I didn't ask for a refund, I simply returned the key cards 3 hours after checking in and left.

We will never stay here again. A word of thought. There's at least two other motels in this exact spot. I didn't try them, but maybe they are better than this place. It's sad because I've had much better luck at other Days Inn's, just not this one!

Where do I start lol the location was good to thee plaza where i was working for the week. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. My room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was biscuits and gravy was my favorite. I do want to say that one day I locked my keys in my car and the front desk went out of their way to help me. Now thats hard to find. Just down right good people. Which is saying alot considering I spend every week on the road staying in hotels in different states. Thank you Days Inn in Batavia N.Y.

We were on our way to Niagara falls for Memorial day weekend and just a few exits before Batavia we ended up with a deer accident and our vehicle wasn't in a good shape, so we stayed at this hotel over-night. The rooms were decent and well maintained, but the most impressive part was the hotel staff they were so friendly and helped us out with quick travel arrangements and providing all required info on bus shuttles, rental cars, taxis so we can reach Niagara falls. The vending machine wasn't working, I went to front desk and informed the same and it was addressed right away. On the whole they have got some cool and friendly staff in a nice little town.
