I really like the Westin brand, and look for it when I travel, but I was somewhat disappointed in the Westin Perimeter. The room was nice - great shower, comfortable bed - but the hotel itself is showing signs of aging. The elevators are scratched and dated, and there was more than one area of the lobby where water was leaking through the ceiling during a rain. The restaurant/bar was fine, but nothing amazing, particularly given the price of drinks. The one standout - which has been a mainstay of the Westin brand in my opinion - was the service. Every single person I spoke to had answers to my questions and a kind and helpful attitude. And you can't pass an employee without getting a smile. Even with the need for some updating, I will stay here again when I'm in the Perimeter area, because the service is excellent.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are relatively well kept and overall clean. Had my wedding here in October. Wedding went great minus quite a few billing errors. I'm currently working with the Director to find a reasonable solution that makes everyone happy. Despite the billing issues and overall stress resulting from it (which, to be honest, was quite a lot of stress), I still think these people are good at heart and the hotel is a great value.

Love this hotel. Great location in perimeter. Free self parking and nice suites for gold members. Executive lounge is only for platinum members. Nice breakfast restaurant on the bottom floor and you can go for a walk with a bridge over water with a nice view.

Beautiful modern styled hotel right across from an Arby's and a Publix Supermarket in the heart of Sandy springs right off of the 285 North perimeter. Just down the street from lots of shopping and dining. Nice pool and workout facility. Clean streamlined rooms with amazing overhead rain showers. Late night food menu at the hotel. 👍

Despite the incorrect billing statement, disorderly lobby, and errors in event setup, the overall success of the event our company recently collaborated to produce here (in addition to on-site stays), the visit overall was positive thanks to the outstanding customer service of a few staff members. This review is in relation to the customer service provided by Banquet Manager Sierra and Front Desk Staff Member Annette ONLY. Annette was helpful and pleasant in her handling of missing materials and technology issues. Sierra helped us to keep on schedule, make adjustments and change over our rooms, and connect with other staff members to ensure requests were followed through on and fulfilled accurately. Ladies, thank you for your reliability, attention to detail, and overall pleasantness. Certainly would not have been the same experience without you. So glad we had your support!

Clean and up to date. Nice staff. The bar downstairs is roomy and nice. The hotel is well equipped and you won't be disappointed. Good prices too and conveniently located. 🛏

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was really comfortable and I was able to sleep really well. The hotel staff were all very nice. They have free self parking that isn't far from the front door and some of it is even covered for those hot Georgia summer days. Definitely worth staying here again.

Stayed here for work. People that work here are amazing, nice, informational. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. I'm here for business staying in room 813 places to eat are in walking distance and if they are not the shuttle is there to take you.

Wonderful experience, the hotel staff are attentive & very friendly. The bar and restaurant are great with a nice view as well. This location has fantastic event spaces.

Excellent hotel for the business traveler. Only one restaurant on-site; however, many restaurant options nearby. The on-site restaurant is open all day. The restaurant on-site is overall pricey, but offers some less pricey options. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The layout of the restaurant is very inviting. The outdoor area of the hotel is very park-like with flowers blooming everywhere in spring. The hotel is close to Perimeter mall. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service within a few mile radius. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The accommodations were reasonable for the price. It was nicely furnished and modern. The location was convenient for business in the King and Queen buildings and right off 285. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are hit or miss though. The lake view is kind of a joke, but the rooms were very clean. The pictures online are very misleading as far as the "lake" and bathrooms go. Our rooms were located on the 14th floor and with us having two rooms we opted for the connecting rooms, so we could be close. The connecting door handle in our room was coming off. Our bathroom looked like the pictures online with the glass door shower, but the connecting rooms' bathroom just consisted of a tub which was not consistent with pictures. They have a Starbucks on the lower floor which is a plus and also a really nice restaurant outside. The staff is really nice and willing to go above and beyond to help you. Overall it was nice, I would stay there again.
