Had an issue with my Xbox the woman working there quickly checked it out realized it was something that could not be fix replaced the system. This all took place in under 10 mins I really appreciate her doing that and doing it without any run around.

When you see "Microsoft Store" you think it's going to be a store. Well you thought wrong, it's a tiny kiosk. With like 4 products on display. There's a real Microsoft Store in the City Creek Mall.

This store is garbage no inventory on some of the latest products! The staff is rude, and act as if they are superior than the customer, I recommend skipping this store and head to the City Creak location where the staff will treat you with respect and dignity,

Everyone that works here are extremely nice, customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, and they love giving you a little something extra just for shopping there. You know the Microsoft products, so the advantage of going here is that you'll make friends with the workers and they genuinely care about you and will do (almost) whatever it takes to make you happy. They rock!
