We greatly appreciate Central Florida for finding us a place within an area we needed at a time when we needed it. We were in the process of building a home during a time when everything was not within our control or our builders control… from Covid, to supply chain to issues finding crews. Due to our needs the Central Florida team worked hard to assist us with our rental and kept us informed every step of the way. Christie and her team managed my town home for several years before selling it for me. They did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. I never had vacancies and they always obtained a great return on my investment. I was residing out of state and had peace of mind having them locally looking after my property. I would highly recommend Central Florida Real Estate Management for all of your property management and real estate needs.

Not recommended as the company doesn't look out for the home owner. I had two properties with them and there were constant concerns about not getting the proper authorization for repairs, inappropriate expense charges and lack of transparency for managing the tenants. This review was then prompted by their tenants (with a dog) not steam cleaning the carpet after moving out, and I have to be subjected to this cost again.

For 6 years Central Florida Real Estate Mgmt has managed our rental property. We could not ask for a more responsive and positive people to work with. Christie and her team were extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. When we made the difficult decision to move from Florida back to our home state, of course we enlisted Christie and her team to list and manage the sales process. All of our concerns were addressed, from dealing with staging, inspections and some unexpected issues that did arise. Thank you Christie and your team, excellent work. We wish we could have brought you with us to our new home.
