Guys showed up, earlier than I thought which is a positive. The guys were fast but performed quality service. friendly, courteous, conscientious, really can't say enough about them. Appeared very honest, and cleaned up nicely after completing the jobs.

No problem scheduling for the check up. Received a text the day before to remind me of my appointment and to confirm. Received phone call the morning of my appointment to let me know that the tech was on his way. Tech was on time, polite and wore a mask. I’ve been pleased with Vander Hyde since the first time Matt came over and did our estimate. When the units were installed we even invited the install tech for dinner. He worked hard all day and joined us for dinner. Very happy with this company.

Wow just wow. We just paid131.00 for a service call only to be told that an single outlet installation would be $635.00. Incredible! when there was an outlet on the other side of the same wall same location that we wanted it placed. So electricity was already there!!!! We subsequently had it done and it was $51.00. I have used them for all our plumbing & electrical for the 6 years i have owned this house but never again. I guess what really busts my chops is that I had two outdoor waterfaucets replaced three weeks before this other service call, to a tune of 600.00 Each!!! Because I trusted them i didn't get a second opinion. They left a gaping hole in the basement ceiling for me to repair but didn't leave the square of drywall that they cut out so at least i could patch it. Who does this???? And they had to come back out because the faucet leaked!!! So no I won't be using them again especially when I called to express my displeasure absolutely no call back by management. The one bright part of this company is Rachel answering the phones. Very pleasant and professional.

Not only did I get same day service for my drain pipe backing up, but Dustin was great! When there looked to be a collapse, he called in help to get a camera in there and get the issue found and resolved. The service was excellent, he was very communicative and the job was done promptly.

Unfortunately we had to have a new boiler installed a few days ago. The good news is that the process was smooth and painless. From the initial diagnostic to the installation, the VanderHyde crew was great. There were absolutely no issues at all. Thank you to Jeff, Rachel, Anthony and your assistants for a job well done! A few weeks later when a pipe, behind the drywall broke, the same crew returned for a repair and did an excellent job. They were quick to respond, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend working with Vander Hyde!!!!

I recently had an issue with my furnace. Jeff arrived and was professional and thorough. I needed a new part and it was ordered and arrived quickly. The ladies in the office were very accommodating working around my work schedule to get it replaced. All around a good experience!!

Jeff was very knowledgeable and did nice work. Even though the furnace is approximately 14 years old, he never tried to talk me into a replacement, simply made sure it was running correctly. Fixed the collector box, and the furnace works fine. I would use Vander Hyde again.

We've had VanderHyde install and service our furnace and water heater. Every one of our experiences with them has been positive, from the initial call to the technician who does the work. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Today's technician, Matt, made some helpful recommendations on work that could be done on our furnace, but wasn't pushy or high pressure. Simply knowledgeable and helpful, as well as careful about keeping the space clean. We appreciate your work!

The 2 staff members with whom I spoke on the phone and the technician (Travis)who came to my home were all professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you Kevin for your thorough inspection and evaluation of all the parts of our boiler, domestic hot water heater and high pressure air conditioning system, followed by the hours you patiently spent with us discussing our various options to repair and replace. And Travis was so easy to have daily working in my home doing the boiler replacement. He took the time to make sure I understood how it all worked.

I needed some new fixtures and 2 ceiling fans installed. When I called the receptionist was very friendly, and professional. She scheduled Val and Theresa within a week. They came on time, worked very hard with quality work! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Jeff from Vander Hyde came today for a furnace tune up and leaking water from furnace. Jeff was great! Took the time to educate me on filter installation so humidifier won't leak. Also was able to order new blower motor (which has been whining) and get it covered under parts warranty. Signed up for yearly tune up plan.

I recently moved back from out-of-town. I used Vande Hyde many years ago and found them so personable and helpful so I called them when we had an electrical problem in our new home. Val was persevering to get to the bottom of it having to get behind the fridge, then up in the attic, all cleaning up afterward. On top of that she was friendly and kind to my toddler grandson who found the whole repair fascinating! When I had to call back after hours for a different home service appointment Val made sure I got connected to the help I needed. I will definitely use Vander Hyde again.

Travis and the team at VH have been servicing our home for several years. They always arrive on time, give a full service inspection and only offer relevant upgrades/suggestions (but with no pressure.) Last year I signed up for the service package, and although I haven't had an emergency, I have been happy with the timely reminders :-) I just recommended their company to a family member who is now a widow, and needs reliable and safe personnel coming into her home now that she is on her own. Very quick and friendly service! I called in the afternoon for an appointment because my wall unit heater was not operating properly, and I was scheduled for first thing the next business day. On account of the bad winter weather on the morning of my appointment, I was concerned that my service call would be delayed or moved to a different day. However, despite the bad roads and lots of snow, Jeff arrived early that morning as expected. After inspecting the heater, he quickly diagnosed the problem as being a bad thermocouple. He ventured out to pick up the proper replacement thermocouple and adapter and upon his return he got the heater up and running right away. He explained the repair and answered questions in an easily understandable way. He was very pleasant, the repair was taken care of without delay, and I will not hesitate to call VanderHyde in the future if I need any furnace issues checked out.

We received great furnace service from Vander Hyde Heating. Travis came for a general service call and determined our furnace needed a part. The part was ordered and installed promptly.
