The service dept are a bunch of crooks. Take your vehicle to DePaula Ford. They will try and sell you on things that you don’t even need. I know most dealerships are like this but this place is awful.
I took my vehicle to Metro Ford they did $700 worth of work in less than a week i was having the same issue so i took it back. They wanted to sell me $700 worth of additional work. I decided to take it to the DePaula Ford a second opinion. They diagnosed it and repaired it for half the price and told me that the work Metro did had nothing to do with the issue that i brought it in for. DePaula Service dept is curtious and respectful.
Saw Nick C. this past weekend. He was very helpful and got me a great deal. Made me feel like I was family. Will buy from again.
I was pleasantly surprised. Bought an Actuator for my truck thought it would cost more than the auto part store after market. It was less expensive and OE.
My wife and I have bought seven vehicles from Metro Ford over the years. Joe Shanks was the salesman we requested. He is professional, courteous and has always tried to get us the best deal. Really enjoying my 2017 Escape titanium.
I went to a few dealerships to explore my options and this dealership was the least aggressive and didn't put a ton of pressure on you. I dealt with Tony Simone, Dave & JT, they were great when it came to service and negotiating. They all kept their cool when things like insurance were making things difficult and handled everything very professionally. I highly recommend this dealership to any & everyone!!
Found two F150's I was interested in, both advertised for around $45,500. I called and explained to Lynn(sales manager I think)that I wanted to lease and again had them double check the price, which was again confirmed at around $45,500. Drove to the dealership, which is just under 2 hours away from my home. They treat me great and I pick the truck I want. Well, the price is now over $55,000. They claim that none of the discounts apply to leasing, only a retail purchase. Absolute WASTE OF TIME. Either they are very dishonest or they are just horrible at their jobs. Either way, I would NEVER recommend this place.
If you are looking for amazing customer service and a great deal at an affordable price you NEED to see Victoria McLaughlin, Will Thorpe, and Michelle Hamel at Metro Ford in Schenectady. Being a mid-20 year old I know the constant feeling of struggling for that next paycheck; I thought getting into a car would be nearly impossible. Michelle, Will, and Victoria made me feel comfortable and confidant with the multiple options that they gave me AND I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion! There was no feeling of pressure to sign or commit to anything, they worked with me with the budget I had, and give me honest prices! Their friendliness, professionalism, and intelligence was so refreshing that I am/NEED to recommend them to everyone!! Thanks again guys!!!
If you are looking for a car and want a great deal go see Aj!! He will actually listen to what you want and try to find the best match at the best price instead of trying to stick you in the most expensive vehicle just to make money off of you!! Dave W in finance is amazing as well, he will look around for the best possible rate he can find you and makes the process so simple. The staff and customer service at metro ford is unbeatable!!
I have never enjoyed shopping for cars in the past - but my last experience at Metro Ford was truly a good one. I think it was because the Saleswoman that helped me was on my level. I never felt like she was pushing me into anything, I felt very comfortable and she spent many hours on multiple days as I looked at cars. If your in the market for a new ride i'm telling you - ask for Nicole Bellanger!! After days of looking at cars I purchased a car from Metro Ford. Thank you Nicole!!! I love my new ride :)
Nicole Bellanger was very knowledgeable of the inventory available, and she made me feel as though she really went the extra mile to ensure that I found the vehicle that is perfect for me. I would recommend her to anyone, and I will definitely buy from her again in the future.
This is a good selection of cars for Ford including trucks, but the area is very congested and the cars being traded are generally anywhere between 5 and 15% more expensive than going to other Ford dealers in the area. In the spring and summer there are always a lot of high performance and off-road cars and trucks for people who are doing more to enjoy driving then just getting from one place to another. They do have a full selection of working cars and Cars for people who want something for just transportation, both inexpensive and the high option cost.
Wonderful Staff LARGEST SELECTION!
I live on long Island and drove up to Metro Ford on a Saturday morning with my father. we ended up leaving with 2 beautiful brand new F-150 one for me and one for my dad. our sales reps name was Anthony and he was great. He spent about 20 mins showing us every bell and whistle to our new trucks to ensure we knew how everything would work before we left the dealership. I will defiantly be back AGAIN. They also went out of there way with extra discounts for us. Thank you for making our purchase worth the drive!
I was in several months ago (late August, early September I believe), and had an experience which still sticks with me. Reference cars salesman, who also happens to be rude.
After finding a competitive ad on their website for a Ford Explorer, I went in hoping to purchase it at advertised price, and get a wash on my trade in (which I owed about $2k on, KBB valued it at about $3k). I called ahead, but the salesmen I spoke with was working on closing a deal with another a couple, so he handed me off to a younger gentleman. The younger gentleman did a great job of giving me a test drive, talking to me, etc., but got off duty before he could finish the sale. I was then kept waiting for about 1.5 hours (constant promises of soon, have some tea, soon).
When I finally got to speak with the sales rep, we hammered out a deal, with him constantly complaining about his coworkers and blaming the computer systems for any trouble he had. He went to get the final forms (now about 2.5 hours from when i walked into the dealership), then came back and send he couldn't sell me the advertised car. Instead, he tried to upgrade me to the next model, for a mere $2k price difference. At this point, having been treated poorly, and now being exposed to predatory sales tactics, I felt no desire to do business with the man, and left.
