Meredith is simply amazing! We had special circumstances that made our photoshoot difficult and very emotional, and she was not only understanding, but she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make it as easy and special as possible. When we saw her photos, it brought us tears; she has such a gift for capturing every wonderful moment. She is so nice, attentive, and considerate. She pours all her love into every picture and it shows! The final results were unbelievable! Now we have this beautifully, meticulously designed book that we will cherish for the rest of our days! Don’t even think about it - book her!

Meredith has a true gift for eliciting joy and connection between people, and that quality sets her way apart from other photographers. Our family had the *best* time giggling during our session and the photographs really show us at our best. They will be beautiful, lasting memories in a year where we were forced to keep our distance. I highly recommend Meredith for her attention to detail, her photographic skill, and the exuberance she brings to her work every time!

Meredith has been photographing my 10 year-old daughter since she was 2 days old! Meredith's incredible rapport with kids and ability to so beautifully capturing my daughter's essence year after year is astonishing to me. These pictures are truly priceless. I have thousands of photos of my daughter that I've taken, but not one of them compares to what Meredith -- and her magical, photographic superpowers -- has managed to capture of my daughter's spirit. I could not recommend her more highly!

Meredith has a true gift of capturing each personality in my family so well - including my dog! Working with her is like working with a close friend. She is fun, comfortable, yet so professional in every way. Not only is she absolutely lovely to work with, but the photos she produces are AMAZING in every way. From the stunning captures to the high quality products for purchase - you will not be disappointed. It's become a tradition for Meredith to take my family's yearly photos. My only regret is that I wish I discovered Meredith Zinner Photography sooner!

Meredith has photographed and beautifully captured our son over the years. At age 1, age 3, age 5, age 7, and last year at age 9. We live in Los Angeles and whenever we get back to NY for Thanksgiving, Meredith has been our first call. We plan everything else around those special shoots in the Park.
We make a point of locking it down because Meredith is a gifted photographer. She is patient and creates a sense of joy during the session - and that joy and that sincerity come through in her photographs. In real smiles and genuine laughs and real moments - photos that capture the essence of our son, honestly and not artificially.
We have great pictures of him from all these stages because Meredith made him comfortable and heard. She puts him at ease, is open, lets him be silly and unguarded. Even as he gets older and more aware of himself, she allows that space for him to be himself. And - it is in THOSE moments that she captures him. Like lightning in a bottle. We look at a picture Meredith took when he was 3 or 5, and we go right back to that time in his life. What he was wearing that day, what the weather was like, what he sounded like. It's a photograph but her photographs are more than just the two-dimensional. Meredith has a true gift for catching THE moment when she shoots our family. She is disarming and one hundred percent engaged from start to finish..
It's a great time. We laugh a lot. She's in charge but she doesn't push. There is a plan but there is also spontaneity, A shoot with Meredith happens and evolves, and it's fun. And when you're having fun, the pictures hold that space. They bring all that fun back to your mind and to your heart.
The term "kid whisperer" is overused - but in Meredith's case, it's an absolutely spot-on description of her gift, one that translates into great photographs. Photographs we will love our entire lives.
Thank you Meredith for the pictures and the sessions, for being such a pro, so present, and so fun. We can’t wait to shoot our next session. He's getting so tall so fast!
