It's a decent enough store but rather small compared to others. Has most needed items but for lumber I'd rather go to Home Depot or one of their bigger store with lumber inside. Their larger stores also carry a bigger selection than this one which can sometimes get annoying.

I needed to rent a truck just for a couple of hours. I went to the store and met with Bryan who was fantastic. Explained everything to me walked me around the truck had a great personality I cannot say enough about how helpful he was. I would definitely go back.

Workers are pretty much helpful when I go. I like saving money, so Menards is usually my 1st stop hardware store.

Always a good experience. If I can't find it, they gladly show me. I love Menards.

Smaller Menards usually has what I need. 4 or more great cashiers working. you're in and out quick

Menards are under rated, their selection is great and prices are affordable. This store layout is dated, however everything is easy to find here. I would recommend buying from here vs. Wal-Mart. Customer service is alright on my particular visit. Cashiers are friendly.

Nothing special, but has what you need most of the time. Doesn't seem very organized but staff is helpful.

First of all your employees here are great and helpful. Although they deserve an updated store layout equipped with everything people need. This store is seriously lacking compared to other Menards. On more then one occasion I needed something to repair my house and you did not have it. Your layout is from the 90's, and I know because I have been a customer here since then. I push to go the Home Depot or Ace Hardware instead because your Menards is no longer helpful to me as a homeowner.

Visited this location to find l lock for storage & child safety locks.they didn't have what I was looking for. On a other occasion I went here to find a straw wisk broom for my car. didn't have one. Home Depot located in the same area of West Allis as this Menards did! I choose Home Depot!

This Menard's is by far the smallest in the Greater Milwaukee area with a smaller selection and no indoor lumberyard. The floor plan and the store are just outdated with the '80s or '90s vibe too.

The service provided by the staff is fairly average; no complaints but no rave reviews either. I won't be shopping this location again unless it's absolutely necessary -- primarily based on its available selection compared to other Mendard's stores.
