Awful Awful AWFUL SERVICE & OUT-DATED WIGS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
A few months ago I purchase an synthetic non-lace wig that was over priced and came straight off a mannequin head. When I realize there was a Value Beauty store across the street I went in to purchased a trendy lace wig at a lower price and well packaged. Within 15 minutes of just purchasing the wig at Chicago wigs I attempted to return the wig and the owner of the store yelled at me saying "CAN YOU NOT READ THEIR IS A NO RETURN POLICY!" I than asked her why did you not mention that before I purchase the wig and she said, "It's not my fault you should have read it NOW YOU CAN LEAVE! It took everything in me to just walk away quietly because she was so rude and disrespectful. After that day I never stepped foot in that store again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste there hard earn money at this store.response / report this review -

I've been going to this wig shop for about 2-3 years now. I only brought wigs from them and let me tell you that I've been a very satisfied customer! When I first walked in, it was two days before my birthday and I told the ladies that I needed a short, cute and wavy synthetic wig. They showed me around the store to see what they had available. They even helped me try on several wigs before I decided on one nice flip styled one. They combed it for me and gave me tons of sincere compliments. I was very happy with their customer service! Before I checked out, they even gave me a free pair of earrings for my birthday!! So, I go back every 4-6 months when I want a new wig. Sometimes, I but two wigs, because they offer me a small discount if I do! I really do like this wig shop and those women. :-)

I thought at a wig shop you can try on wigs. I rushed and kept asking when are you going to buy one. I was going to purchase two wigs but the customer service was so horrible and rude I decided to go somewhere else to spend my money. I informed them of how they treated their customers and were like yeah yeah whatever. Please shop some where else for better service. It was so uncalled for at a wig shop where your suppose to be able to try on wigs.

WOW! Worst customer service I've ever received. These people do not deserve any business whatsoever. I walked in with the intention of buying a wig. Wasn't sure what I was going to buy as I indicated it to the old Asian ladies working there. So I looked around, and when I decided after 15-20mins and asked to try on a wig, the lady asked if I was there to buy or just try on. Then her counterpart, came in from outside and asked where my car was and why it's not parked outside, and that they don't want any trouble etc etc These people are absolutely ridiculous. I told them their customer service was not appreciated and said I would make sure I share it with the public. I was the only customer there around 6:50p who would have added to their final sales of the day and instead of treating me respectfully they were instead suspicious of me and talked about me in their language sounding displeased and frustrated that I even walked in their store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though I suspected something funny in the beginning but boy did they kill their chance of having loyal customer(s) now or in the future. I would advice for anyone not to waste their time however, feel free to find out how vile they are on your on and maybe if we all write enough bad reviews about them their store will suffer great lose as it should. I presume these ladies to be the owners but if they are not, they should be immediately let go. This is my very first review as the need was their to share such a unbelievable experience. Also, I do know a thing or to about human wigs/extensions and the ones they have labeled 100% human hair are anything but! Buy at your own risk!

These are the rudest people! Their customer service is terrible!!!!!! They talked trash to me, miss interpreted what I said, then when the owner came, she talked more trash, based on her employees' misunderstanding. She acused me of taking pictures because I had my cell phone out. I WON'T go back!!!!! I only gave them a star because they carried the hard to find product I needed. They price gauged it!
