Very friendly staff worked very hard to get me off the lot in my 2016 scion FRS my salesman don suntheimer was great to deal with and did everything he could to get me the car I was upside down on my trade in and wasn't getting approved without almost a $5000 down payment but there gsm Melanie yesovich permitted Cindy to do something to get me out the door with NO MONEY DOWN this was the most pleasant visit I've had as a car buyer I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you they will do anything they can to get you your car and down the road

Tom f. and Cindy did great. I was having trouble getting approved for a lease because I recently changed jobs. They worked very hard to make sure it happened. Tom went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They are awesome!

Took vehicle in for a scheduled appointment for a Friday. Went to pick it up Saturday. Wasn't done. Said would work on it Monday. I said forget it. I took vehicle home. And I won't be back there any time soon.

I have been a customer at Grata's for about 20 years. I have always found service to be top-notch and great customer service after the sale. I have dealt with sales associate Jim Tamber when acquiring new vehicles and he has been super in all phases.

have owned my car over a year but had never taken advantage of the free oil change offer, due to hearing that an auto dealership will most certainly find something wrong with the car so they can fix it. I kept receiving emails from dealership reminding me of my free offer. I decided to make an appt. and have the service done.( I was also worried about how much time it would take). My appt was promptly scheduled, Easy in and out, very nice receptionist, quick time.. And no other problems! I was extremely pleased with the service.

I bought a used car in March. About 4 1/2 weeks ago or so, I had just found out It had a few recalls on it. I got a postcard in the mail saying to call Mel Grata to get the recalls fixed. So I called right away. The receptionist was very polite. She transferred me to a different department. I left the gentleman a message on his voicemail and have yet to have my call returned! I left my name and phone number a few times on the message. Hopefully the recalls aren't too serious because at this rate, they won't get done.

Mel Grata Chevrolet/Toyota is truly a professional dealership where the customer is top priority. Bill "NAP" Napierkoski delivered above and beyond my expectations. NAP maintained contact on a routine basis and followed through on all we discussed.
Ryan Grata was also a pleasure to work with while completing the financing for the vehicle. While searching for my vehicle I visited numerous dealerships and none come close to the professionalism delivered by the Grata Team.

Awesome service!!! Don Suntheimer made me an offer I couldn't refuse by offering to deliver the car to Pittsburgh. The whole deal was done quickly with online credit app and text. Brought the car to us quickly. Very professional salesperson. Third car my family purchased from him in the last year. Chevy Silverado, Camarillo, now a Lexus CT200h.

I recently got my car back after getting some paint work done here at Mel Grata's body shop. It looks awesome. I had to have it redone by Mel Grata's because a well known big named dealership in New Castle still couldn't get it right after numerous tries. It was literally a nightmare dealing with the headache I went through with that other dealership's body shop. Mel Grata's had the car once and got it right the first time. It looks good. Anybody needing any kind of body work done or a vehicle for that matter, I highly recommend Mel Grata's.

Professional dealership that is big on customer service. Ralph Arcuri took his time and made sure we were leasing the right car. He followed up and followed through. Cindy Bean was amazing going over all the final finance details. The process was painless.
