We worked with Brian Heitsch to purchase our used 2017 Ford Escape. He certainly went above and beyond what we expected of him. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escapes and the Focus we traded. Brian is very polite and was mindful of our decision process and circumstances. We will definitely call Brian when we're ready to purchase our next vehicle!

We looked for a better price for the mileage (leaving out the cool details of the Escape) but could not find anything better priced, even looking throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Look up their inventory online, or better yet, stop in and see Brian!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. THis company is a scam, a joke! Was sold with a broken mirror, was charged $150. Was sold with a broken AC line, that cost nearly $300. Now all the brakes need replaced within 5-weeks of owning it. Thats an extra $200. Filed a BBB complaint about a refund on all the repair costs.

Sold us a truck that was rolled by the first owner, without informing us of the carfax. Finally found out this information when trading it in recently. It's not required by law to inform customers of the carfax, but it's just bad ethics and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction to fail to inform a customer about the truck's history. I recieved 1000 dollars less on my trade-in thanks to this carfax. If you wanted to drive customers away, you're doing the right thing. Dirty, slimy, money hungry salesmen who lie through their teeth.

I've purchased other cars from this dealership and have all of my maintenance done here. I just made the leap and leased the most beautiful car I've ever had. A 2017 Lincoln MKZ! My salesman, Albee Mangino found the car that fit my wants and needs and made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision. From the financing to explaining the features of my car this was a very enjoyable experience. The store is beautiful and it feels like you're part of the family when you walk in. I will always recommend Phil Fitts Ford!

I took my car here after being told by AutoZone and G.O. Crivelli that it had a bad oxygen sensor and that it would be covered under warranty. Phil Fitts told me that they lied and that my car had a broken purge valve. I paid $95 for a diagnostic test and $330 for them to replace the purge valve. When I picked the car up the light was still on at which point they asked me to make another appointment. At the next appointment they apologized saying the issue was the oxygen sensor like the other garages told me and that it would be covered under warranty. When I asked to be reimbursed for the mistake they made they refused.

I purchased a new 2014 Ford Edge AWD from Phil Fitts and it was a huge mistake. The interior windows would fog up as I was driving and you couldn't correct the issue with the heating unit. I took the vehicle in for warranty work and was told by the service manager Kenny that I must not know how to properly use the heating system. Then after the third or fourth time they had ito in for work they fixed the issue finally. Next the front transfer case started leaking gear oil out of the seal which is another issue that is described on the Internet to happen to these vehicles. Again Kenny the service manager treated me poorly when I asked what they would do to fix the problem. This was my first new vehicle purchase and I have been servicing my own used vehicles up to this point but I thought I would try a new car for once. I know that a leaky seal on a transfer case just doesn't start leaking for no reason so replacing the seal only delays the issue from happening again. Now I'm just waiting for it to happen again. Kenny from service also refused to provide a replacement vehicle while mine was in the shop because I was no longer covered by the bumper to bumper Warranty, only the power train Warranty. He did offer to pay half of a rental car which I reluctantly agreed upon since I had no choices as my wife works full time and I work. Then Kenny never called me to tell me that my vehicle was done until two days after it was completed. He told me that he called two days earlier and left a message on my phone. This was not true at least not on my phone or my wife's either. Why would I want to continue driving a tiny Ford Focus that I barely fit in, in the snowy conditions, with its transmission slipping terribly in first and second gear instead of my own car? No, Kenny you did not call me and I still don't feel that just changing a seal will solve this underlying condition. Also I'll never buy another vehicle or get service work on anything there once my warranty expires on this junker!

I have always gotten a good deal at Phil Fitts. You have to know the value of your trade and the vehicle you are buying. Fitts have always given me a good deal after we have negotiated. I find their service good. I usually deal with Kenny
