I️ was greeted by friendly customer service agents, clerks. They seemed to explain what my car needed. Never attempting to be pushy. Highly recommend their dealership for service needs.

Fiance and I bought our 2012 Honda Accord here and so far we've been pleased. I would recommend against using their service department though as they are way over priced.

Do not take your car here for service! I repeat! Do not take your car here for service! I had a water pump replaced at Apostalakis a couple of years ago. They put on a remanufactured pump. Now 20,000 miles later the pump is totally worn out and that is in a properly flushed, clean coolant system with quality coolant. They charged close to $100 just for the pump not including the expensive labor. Tack on hundreds more for that. You can pick up a quality lifetime water pump for my car at an auto parts store for about $50.00 When it comes to a water pump they should have used a new quality unit and not some crappy rebuilt unit. A water pump is not somewhere where you skimp on parts. Now I have the same expensive repair all over again. For expensive repairs, they should have used quality parts. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Apostalakis for service again.

Great people to work with, they will match or beat other deals. Sales manager Ralph has excellent customer service skills and my sales associate Daron knew everything I asked him.

I just cannot say enough about Mike in Sales. He sold my 86 year old mom a HR-V and not only did he personally deliver it, he spent time with her in teaching her how to drive the car and the basics, as she was overwhelmed with the technology. From the moment my sister and mom went to the dealership to test drive the car all the way to the final delivery of the car, this dealership was amazing. Because my sister and myself live in Chicago, we were not able to be there for the final transaction, and Mike assured us he would take care of everything. HE even called us while he was with my mom and reassured us she did well driving, as well as sending us a photo of her with her new car. Honestly, the personal service we got went above and beyond. Although I do not live in Warren anymore, i will never be more grateful to Mike and all he did for my mother. Thank you everyone.

Stay away! Rude and high pressure sales staff. Service department is a complete joke- very rude and extremely unhelpful group of individuals. Do yourself a favor and call around to other Honda dealers for both sales and service- you will then be able to see how Apostolakis is FAR MORE expensive for both sales and service- we live in Cortland and try to avoid this dealer like the plague- worth the extra 40 minute drive to Boardman or to literally any other Honda dealer in a 2 hour radius.

Absolutely love this dealership! I had a very kind salesman who treated me like I was his daughter. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal as quickly as possible to accommodate my needs. He even called me when I left to make sure if I had anything that needed looked at to bring the car back. I had a financial number in mind and they met that number even with a warrenty! I am so thankful!!
