Had knee replacement surgery there. The staff was great. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Myself and entire family and friends has all come out of this place sometimes(honestly most times) in a casket, sometimes with new and worse sicknesses and also very upset at how we saw staff in different departments treating patients also experienced myself w/family. Today though went in for an EEG and the lady who took care of me was very sweet helpful and encouraging. The lady at the front desk made you feel welcome soon as you walked in. So the only reason for me giving this four stars is because of the best EEG, or any other test I've ever had she was the most wonderful. Finally found a good one at Cleveland Clinic Medina

Ever since the Cleveland Clinic took over, they have the worst billing system! I have been paying monthly for over a year. They are constantly saying they didn't get my payment and send to collections. Then they find it and bring it back. I have had to call each and every month because they can't keep track of the checks they cash. I will be switching all my doctors and my families doctors so I will NEVER have to deal with you again!

Went to the walk in emergency and x-rayed my foot. It was broken. They put a post op "shoe" on it and told me to make an appointment with orthopedics. Orthopedics had no appointments for 3 weeks. When I finally got in to see them, they said the foot wasn't healing and needed to be in a cast. It should have been in a cast to begin with - 3 weeks wasted. It has now been 2 1/2 months and it still hasn't healed completely. Is it worth mentioning that every time I call for an appointment I spend 40 - 50 minutes on hold?

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hospital. Went have an abscess lanced on my daughters leg, sat for nearly 3 hours on a Sunday evening. Only two others there. When they finally did it they left her covered in blood and puss. I had to clean her up by myself. Then had to ask three separate times before they finally put a proper dressing on it. Do yourself a favor and find another hospital!!!! Horrible horrible experience

    Went thru E. R. in June, 2017.
    Some scary patients were
    there that day!

    When I was admitted after
    many hours, and got-a-room,
    everything was wonderful:
    care, cleaning staff,
    doctors, food, nurses etc.

    I have been hospitalized
    very little. I always said
that if I had to be in the hospital,
I wanted to go back to the
    one in Summit County.
Now I live in Medina County,
and I've changed my mind. Cleveland Clinic/Medina Hospital will be just fine.
Maybe not the E. R. tho!

I spent 8 days at the hospital. Summer of 2016. Went in for an "old" (several week's) scrap on my leg.
Turns out it was infected. I had an IV started as I was at the clinic in Brunswick. This in my initial consultation.
    Transported to Medina Hospital.
I've had many hospital stays throughout my life at 50 yrs old.
The Drs referred to were excellent. The great nursing staff did whatever it took to make me feel comfortable.
Along with that, my girlfriend was there as much as possible. They were kind and up front with her.
    Never had better care.

Well, I can not say anything bad. I've been treated well, on time and the care has been great. The only problem I do have is trying to set an appointment at one facility. Seems like the doctors move around and you have to try to pin one down. I never know if I'm driving to Strongsville, Brunswick or Medina. But once again, the care has been great.

EVER SINCE THE CLEVELAND CLINIC TOOK OVER THIS HOSPITAL IT HAS GONE TO HELL, RUDE, CONFUSING , NO SENSE OF URGENCY ON THERE PART. A STANDARD NO RUSH POLICY IS NOW IN EFFECT. ANY MEDICAL FACILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLEVELAND CLINIC IS COMPLETELY OFF MY LIST OF MEDICAL CARE.IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME ,HEATH AND OVERALL WELL BEING , THIS IS YOUR WARNING. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE

This is an excellent extension of the Cleveland Clinic. My mother wasn't feeling well and went in to the ER. After losing her pulse, the staff brought her back to consciousness and then she was transported to the Downtown Campus for the best surgeon who performed a bypass operation and she was on the road to recovery. We were so thankful! They also included information about the importance of diet and exercise. The family members also attended educational meetings. Upon recovery, my mom attended a cardiac rehab class that showed her the safest way to exercise to restore her quality of life!
