This place is Horrible again HORRIBLE! I came in because of a asthma attack and an hour later still sitting in the waiting room. Remind you an asthma attack is when you can't breathe I have people that were after me with rashes and headaches etc going before me! This is why I choose Aultman ! I'm fine now after an hour but what if I died or something this to me is ridiculous 😡😡😡 Is there even a reason to stay ?

Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Not even to work. That’s all I’m going to say.

I have had several mammograms at this hospital. Everyone was wonderful! I recently had a biopsy. The staff was again friendly, compassionate and very kind. I can't say enough things about the wonderful staff there.

I asked 2 questions, that evidently upset one of your ER doctors, "Why can't an alternate treatment be used over another for my sons injury? And Why did it take an hour to get answer from someone?" Your doctor got upset and stormed out of the room and then she returned with same anger and I told her colleagues she is not doing anything to my son with an attitude and i took my child up out of there. And i have messages (timestamped) that can be subpoenaed if necessary.i only gave 2 stars cause check-in and triage were very nice and polite.even if you ask a question?

If I didn't have to hit a star I would not! 2.5 hours in waiting room 2.5 hours in er room, I fell and foot went under me and I felt my foot pop, screaming crying in pain , they never even offered me ice, doctor come in room touch my foot and said we will get an x-ray, took them and hour in a half to come in for 15 seconds to show me this paper that said no brakes, half hour later come in with this shoe told me go home take naproxen and keep it elevated, I couldn't walk on it, still can't walk on it, they never gave me a doctor to go back too, nothing! They are never staff properly! They are under staff and don't have time to care! This hospital has sucked since they sold it, and since Obama care! If your not going to your job ,why waist money going to college. Just because you went too school for 10 years doesn't make you an expertise! No wonder you have got sued so many times!

I called them twice it was something that I should ask them for scheduling for seeing doctor visit. But they blocked me because of I called them twice. They said that they will not accept any more of new patients.
Mercy need to have better service to people. This was my nightmare to call them to make an appointment. I will never say to my people to go to mercy hospital.

Can someone direct me to getting a patient advocate. I was in the hospital for 3 days in July. Got a bill from the physician and called insurance company and they stated they were not paying the bill because that doctor was not in my network. I was at my networks hospital, you can't pick and choose doctors in the hospital by asking if they are in our network. My doctor told me her never heard a thing like that and get an advocate from Mercy. My stay was excellent and staff was great but we took care of our deductible and deserve not to have $600 in a bill when I was in my network hospital.

I normally don't have a problem with this hospital, however, today I about lost it on the registration and outpatient lab. I have Lupus and have been going there every 3 months for lab work for the past 5 years. Today, I go to get my labs and the lady in registration was rude and treated me like i am stupid. She refused to register me since I didn't have a 24 hour urine completed and I didn't fast. Last time I checked, my doctors order trumps what the registration person says. I took my lab into the outpatient lab to get the container I needed. I was standing there with 3 people looking at me. It took about 2 minutes for one person to say anything to me and when they finally did, the lady in charge of the lab tried to tell me that her computer system wouldn't allow her to complete the test non-fasting. I don't understand how I have completed these tests 20 times in the past and only today I can't get them done. This is not my first rodeo. I will be going to Aultman from now on.

Been attending PT at the Jackson facility and can not say enough about Brian, Dave and Danielle. They are the best and i appreciate all that they did for me. My experience was better than i could have ever imagined and i know going forward that I will return to PT at the Jackson facility if i ever need it in the future.

I saw the nurse practitioner. She is very nice and helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The nurse wasn't friendly but I chalk it up to the day.The receptionist is one of the worst I have ever dealt with on the phone or in person. She asked me to look up a fax number for Mercy services when I know she has it available to her.

We had the wonderful pleasure of giving birth to our first child at Mercy. Not knowing what to expect, we were completely blown away by the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of the staff. From our attending pediatrician, Dr. Blaser (who, even as head of the department sat with us for 25 minutes to ease our concerns as new parents) to the nurses and to the food service and janitorial staff, every single person we came in contact with was unbelievably kind and supportive. We plan to have all of our children with this hospital - great experience!
