I have brought both of my daughters to this location, the desk and nursing staff are always very friendly, but the doctor is extremely condescending and rude. The first time I thought maybe it was just an off day for him, but no, that just seems to be his bedside manner. He doesn't knock on the door before he enters and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him with your presence. I will not be back to this location and will drive the extra distance to the 2851 Washington Rd. location.

I recently went in with a fever, sore throat, and head congestion. The staff were quick and courteous. I was in and out in 30 minutes with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy.
The facility is clean and the staff were very professional. The doctor seemed truly interested in my well being.

Doctor was extremely rude, also left my room door open and went out to the desks and talked about patients by name and said what their reason for coming in was, also referred to several patients as junkies. Will NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN and plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB and office supervisor.

Great, Fast Customer Service! I needed a sports physical for my daughter. I was able to walk in and have the physical completed the same day I called. Even without an appointment we did not have to wait long and the staff was very friendly!

I will not return to MedNow. They did not perform a simple strep test properly and, as a result, the doctor would not issue the antibiotics I needed. Strep happens to me every year. I know the feeling and know the symptoms. They would not listen. They told me to come back in a couple of days if not better a couple of days of feeling miserable and potentially infecting my family. Thankfully, I went straight from there to another urgent care where they did perform the test properly and got an accurate result and I got the meds I needed.
Please do not rush through and dismiss your patients.
Such a simple case, that could have been handled so much better.

I rather go to this doctor many times than my regular doctor. Its quick, its easy, I get treated and I start feeling better after meds. I've never had an issue with them. Fantastic! I would take anyone There.

I was 6th in line when they opened on a Sunday morning, I updated my medical information, was checked over by a nurse, spoke with the doctor and was done all within 32 minutes exactly. Best experience, super professional staff, they definitely made me feel much better. I would recommend this Evans, GA office to my friends and family.

Dr Grotz is the best. I was in and out within 30 minutes. He even checked for causes that I had not even thought of. He was very thorough and I had my prescriptions within one hour. I would highly recommend. Very convenient.
