This was my local gym. Compared to gyms in Los Angeles and bigger cities does this gym does not get crowded.

There may be a peak hour or two in the morning and evening but besides that you won't have to fight for equipment usage. They have actually a nice sauna when it is working.

This was my local gym. Compared to gyms in Los Angeles and bigger cities does Jim does not get crowded. There may be a peek hour or two in the morning and evening but besides that you won't have to fight for her equipment usage. They have actually a nice sauna when it is working.

This gym has a wonderful staff with the best amenities in the area. Everything was explained thoroughly when signing up and I got a better rate for what's offerered than any other gym provides. They even gave my friend a free month because I signed up.

I have noticed that the steam room hasn't been so call broken in a while and so I give thanks. If their cleaning times were to be consistent and posted around the gym, I'd give this gym a better rating. The personal at the desk are friendly.

STOP CLEANING SHOWERS WHEN PEOPLE ARE USING THEM! PLEASE WAIT UNTIL POOL CLOSES. This gym is big and well equipped. I generally like it. Some of the front desk staff can be rather aloof and get immersed in their cell phones to the point they won't even look up. Some are very nice. It is bothersome that the janitors clean the men's showers with high pressure hoses and chemicals while people are still using them! You come out of the shower and there's a guy right in front of you spraying chemicals and making a slippery mess. Honestly, it's also creepy to have some guy hovering around me when I'm naked! Can't shower cleaning on the pool side of the gym be done after pool closes?

Never sign a piece of paper with this company. I tried canceling my membership in person and they refused. I moved and sent all the required documents to cancel my membership. Now they are still saying that I owe them money. The sales associate when I first signed up told me that I could cancel my membership at any time for any reason and that I was not on a contract. Yet they continue to take my money. I have talked to 5 different people trying to get this issue resolved and have received no actual assistance. I will be posting more reviews on other pages and will update whenever this gets resolved to show other people the time frame of the run around I have received. As of right now I am currently at 1 year of attempting to cancel my membership. At 39.98 a month that is almost $500 of what I feel to be stolen money.

This Gym is great, the employees are nice, and equipment is good. I would just like to see an indoor basketball court. That would make the gym even better! Maybe an Aqua Physical class too since only one in the US is located in New York. I would love to see upgrades in the future. :)
