The have a friendly staff! More often then not they run out of paper towels though. Other then that, it is a great gym!

I was just told by a staff member that due to the passing of my mother in law. That they will cancel her membership but still charge her the monthly fee. How can you do that and be okay with it when the member is deceased!!! Not to mention she sent letters out three months before she past to cancel membership and you are still withdrawing from her account i don't need some automated message on this site apologizing to me and tell me to speak to someone. I went and spoke with someone and all i get is this BS i don't know how you do business but taking money from the deceased is not something i agree with

I really enjoy this gym. Having a membership has helped me to stay motivated. I enjoy going to a gym where I do not feel intimidated or judged. Facility very clean. Friendly staff. They greet you coming in and tell you to have a good day when you leave. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a big favor and run fast away from this place to get in better shape with a lot less stress! The staff obviously are clueless and either don't have integrity or just don't care. most likely not. I have been getting double billed for months and each month I called to notify them. I have been out of town. Each said they had it taken care of and should show next billing. Well, it didn't. Talked to manager today and told me there were no notes in the system of my calls. No surprise. Told me he would call back after speaking to GM. Within 5 minutes called back to say he canceled but wouldn't refund me, especially the "membership fee" for this month for additional $39! I don't believe or trust them. Going to the bank to make sure they can't touch anymore of my cash. As a disabled vet on a limited income, I don't need that. This organization is just pure greediness.

Some of the staff is friendly not all.there have been times I have walked Into planet fitness and I two of the women and and the black guy that was at the front desk signing people in early this morning is just rude but the young stockey white guy on first shift that ware glasses and the young black on third through the week that ware glasses,are very helpful.when there's any questions these guys are very helpful

Clean and the staff are great. My husband goes 2x a day and they get to know you there. Its only crowded during the expected times (early morning/lunch/after work). And it does get pretty hot in there.
If you sign up, the black card is worth it for the massage chairs alone.response / report this review -

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Love going there knowing I'll get a warm welcome. It's a great place to exercise! The only thing that I don't like is that there isn't much room to do floor work. Other than that I love it!
