Go here to have my blood test. Checked in on Friday Dec 1, 2017, and my experience there was outstanding! The receptionist Starr was so friendly and helpful with my concern. Nothing to complain about.

Signed in online didn't have to wait, but 90 minutes before they texted me it was time for my appointment. Filled out paperwork and ten -15 minutes later was back getting my vitals checked. Within 10 minutes seen a doctor. Almost forgot..
receptionist saw I was out of water and offered me another water.
Was seen for a UTI. Everyone was very pleasant!response / report this review -

3 stars considering it's a nice facility, front desk receptionist was professional, and nurse/certified medical assistant, Kelli, was great! Very much so a kind, caring professional.
Family members have seen Erin, physician, in the past and I've heard how compassionate and professional she is. I decided to visit based on this referral.
Unfortunately, I was seen after two hours (which was not a problem as I anticipated good service) by Anne, the Family Nurse Practicioner. Very uncaring. She has the "in & out" approach to healthcare which is unfortunate for a healthcare professional. I really hope tonight was just an 'off night' and she does not treat other patients that way I was treated. If it wasn't from the front desk receptionist and Kelli, this would have been a 2 star based on Anne's service. I will recommend Erin based on other reviews from family and friends.response / report this review -

Had an appointment at 9:00 for something simple.. . got here at 8:45 JUST Now went back to the room at 9:45! I have a dentist appointment at 11:00 20 minutes away, and can't understand the doctor.

Great facility with great doctors and nurses; I felt genuinely cared for and I was in and out quickly. I love the online sign in tool. I was able to get tests done and results back all in the time it would have taken my PCP to even get an appointment! Highly recommend

My visit was relating to chest pains. The doctor on staff was very patient in listening to my problems. He concluded that my issues were relating to stress, resulting in anxiety attacks. I actually had a breakdown in the office during the visit and the doctor was so kind to give me a hug. He was very supportive, patient and kind. I have taken his advice on how to relieve the many stressors in my life and actually feel much better. I am so grateful for the visit and the time that he took with me.

Visiting from out of town. Cut my finger and 7 stitches were needed. Everyone was very professional and our wait time was not long considering I was a walk -in patient. I want to thank Melissa Roberts P.A. for her excellent work. My thanks to all at this facility.

I took my young son here whwn he was having a difficulty breathing. Not life threatening, but just pained. Doctor said he was fine and sent us away. No treatment, no testing, nothing. The next day i took him to Palmetto Peds. The doctor said he should have never been sent away and he needed treatment.
Second time i went there. I was pregnant with an injury. Nothing major, just had a deep cut on my hand due to an accident and was in need of stitches. I notified them of my pregnancy and also told them I got sick with the sight of blood. Doctor did not take me seriously and asked me to walk to the back of the building where the nurses would administer my stitches. In walking i said i was faint and fell to the ground.
To jump to my conclusion, this place is a joke. Go to the North Aiken location. I have been going there instead ever since. They are professional and take you and your health seriously.response / report this review -

Have had two visits within a few months. Wait time was longer than expected, but both were very positive experiences. All personnel were professional and helpful.
