  Great place to play with a few very challenging holes. I always enjoy the round of golf here.

  Course is Long and lots of uphill downhill lies. It was at one time a very friendly staff but not so much as of recently.

  Excellent greens. Open to Public. Now Named Legacy Pines. Improvements being made to course. Great price.

  My daughter moved to maudlin 3 years ago and since then when I visit,3-4 times a year, I would call and they would always work me in for a round of golf.
  Now that they are under new management that's not the case. I called for an early morning tee time 8 to 830. Was told they were booked 8 to 1130. Asked to go off before 8 was told NO. Drove by at 810 and there was 6 cars in lot. Won't be back.

  I have played the course several times; and, the more I play it the better I like it. The people are cordial, the fairways are lush and the greens are quick but fair. The superintendent and crew keep the course in top condition whether it's rolling the greens or blowing leaves and pine cones off the fairway. The traps do need some work; but, that is the only area I see need for improvement.
  
  The course is challenging; but, fair. I have been looking for a home course since moving to the area; and, I think I have found it in Hejaz.
