We’ve used McNally’s Heating & Cooling for years, but today they really saved our bacon! Our A/C went out just as we had our first 90°+ day this year. They sent out Esteban who arrived right on time and was very nice. He walked us through every step of what he was doing, explained some things we could do to avoid a repeat of the problem we were having, and got nice, cold air pumping out of our vents in under an hour. Great experience and a very grateful family! We would absolutely recommend McNally’s to anyone who needs HVAC work, and ask for Esteban!

McNally’s was the first placed I called. They answered quickly and had a service guy out with in 2 hours of my call. Esteban was professional, efficient, very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He cleaned and repaired our furnace. educated us on the importance of keeping it maintained then further helped us make some decisions and other repairs. He also answered question about duct cleaning and our water heater issues. Which we will be having they take care of as well.
