I took my car in to be serviced because the check engine light was on. The service person told me since the service engine light was on it was because of the emission. I guess he thought since I'm a woman that I was going to accept is diagnostic but just looking at my inside panel. Long story short there was Nothing wrong with my emission. I guess he thought I was going to be dumb enough and pay $1200 or trade it In, which were the options he gave me. The car has less than 76k miles, 2008 Altima, which was bought new in Greensboro. I will never ever take my car or refer this dealerships

The detail dept is amazing. My husband works there and he's very thorough, dependable and his work requested often by employees based on how satisfied they are. They entire staff is incredibly accommodating & go out of their way to make customers & their families a top priority. They will make sure you're taken care of no matter the issue. Buying a car, going through customer service or just need a quick wash or full detail.

I came on a Saturday right before closing time. It was my first place looking and all I knew is that I wanted a car that got good gas mileage and a car payment under a certain amount. Jared went above and beyond and two days later, on Monday, Jared had it lined up for me to be driving away in a brand new Altima that evening! I came in after work with my daughter and all the paperwork was ready to be signed, I met with the financial lady and I was out of the door within 45 minutes!! Couldn't have asked for better service or better people!
