Best gift shop and the most amazing homemade fudge I've ever eaten!!! The people are so so nice!!! Love this place and I go there every time I go to the parkway!!!
Nice stop on the Blueridge Parkway. It was so foggy we couldn't see anything. We were glad to see this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent selection and very friendly service. We will definitely stop in again when in the area. It's on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We stopped in here on our trip across the Blue Ridge Parkway lots of neat things to look at, had a sandwich that was made there was very tasty and very reasonably priced. It's a great place to stop stretch your legs and look around
Cute gift shop! Well worth stopping to take a look around! Staff was very nice as well :)
Cool little store on the Blue Ridge ton of gifts and snacks with drinks as well to keep you going. Great little stop off if you are on the Blue Ridge
Wonderful little stop off! Snacks and bathrooms! Excellent items for gifting. Picnic Tables and dog area.
Friendly staff. Gift shop a lil pricy. Sort of tourist trap, but good stop on the parkway
Nice place on the parkway. I'd recommend stopping to check it out. There's neat local artsy specimens to see. They also make great sandwiches.
4 times a year I vacation in the area and the NWTP has become a favorite stopping place. Each visit delights me with beautiful and unique items, many of which are new since my previous visit. I recently shopped there and have half of my Christmas shopping completed. The staff is friendly, even when very busy.
I've been going to this shop for as long as I can remember - every time I've been in the area for over 50 years. I've seen change after change.
It has now morphed into a serious source for local crafts. There are beautiful hand carved bowls, vases and things like egg holders. There are candles, homemade soaps and decor items. There are also small goodies like homemade fudge and cookies.
As much as I love some of the items, the prices are a bit much on most of them. There's no way I'm paying $16/lb for tiny little cookies.
That being said, it's a fun place to just look.
