Just wanted to add another 5 stars to the ratings. These folks know their products, and of course their products are high-quality performers. The sales folk are low key and knowledgeable. They are not sleep experts or back experts, but they know how their products address sleep and back problems. You can can never know about service, but in my case delivery was prompt, setup was neat and complete, and my house was left intact. Plus the delivery folks were also friendly!

Excellent and highly knowledgeable staff. They know every product in their store and will help you identify what is right for your needs. They will spend as much time as necessary with you finding exactly the right product--Marc Young spent 4 hours with us and tirelessly answered every question we had. The only drawback came during delivery, when we were not notified until the scheduled delivery date that some items were back ordered. However, the delivery and sales people sought to ensure that later delivery was flawless.

Extremely great customer service. Patrick answered questions after initial contact by email and by phone. Always prompt and professional. We love the Stearns and Foster mattress set.
Delivery always makes me anxious but these guys took the time to note hanging light fixtures, pictures, and other obstacles before starting in with the mattresses. Delivery was flawless.
Would definitely use Blackberry Mattress Boone Mall again. Check out their pillows also.

The young lady that helped was very pleasant. We told her what we needed and she was very helpful,
didn't try and sell us something we didn't need. Delivery was amazing, the same day.

They did just right by us. Very nice and helpful people. Wide range of mattresses. We fell in love with an adjustable bed. We went to another store to see what they offered. Blackberry prices and credit offerings were vastly superior. We Love our new bed!

I purchased Stressless home theater seating from Blackberry. Very pleasant experience and delivered right on time. The price was also very competitive as I did shop around a bit but always prefer to buy local if possible. I'm picky but can't find any issues with my Blackberry Mattress experience. All good.
