Went there to look at the jewelry. After requesting help, I ended up waiting around 10 minutes for an associate to come. I was told she's the only one in the store that can handle jewelry. I find that odd. On the bright side I did get a piece of jewelry for 90% off.

This store was by far the worst Kohl's I have ever been to. The bad experience started shortly after I arrived. I went to customer service to pay for my card, I smiled politely and waited. There were three employees there, two were talking while the other was attending to another customer. After waiting, I was greeted by a harsh stare then was lectured on how to properly swip a card, even though the information was passed to the screen. Later during the vist, my family members went to the restroom. My family said it was a very irritating experience because they were laughed at as they walked towards the bathrooms. They informed me that they were also stared down by FIVE employees. Unfortunately that was not the end of the bad experience. I was luck enough to find a cute pair of jeans so I decided to try them on. I walked into the dressing room, surprise two more employees were just sitting around talking while there were clothes on the racks. Now on the topic of clothes, there was not a large variety. To add on, it was unbelievable how disorganized the shoe section was, shoes were in incorrect boxes, shoes on display were not even available to purchase. I just need to mention that the door, which holds all the storage shoes, was WIDE OPEN. Just imagine who would have happened if a child went in there and got lost. In just a simple hour my family was insulted by the staff. I would not advise anyone to shop at this store.

When Khols has a sale it's really a sale. The store is always clean and well stocked..

I like Kohls because they have a variety of different options for a very reasonable price, and there are a lot of discounts available.

Worst customer service in the world I've ever experienced. I can't stand this store worst employees ever nasty attitudes. Ever time I go to this store I have a bad experience.

Nice things to buy at Kohls! It's for everyone! Be careful with the price scam and their retail card! You'll never get the discount you think you are. You'll end up paying more for what you paid for in the long run!

Kohl's is a nice place to shop, I find the prices are very reasonable, and I always get a discount on whatever I purchase, even if I don't have a coupon, this is incredible. the quality of most of the cloths are good. I like that I can also shop for my kitchen, they don't have a lot of kitchen ware, but there's quite a bit. I don't like that there are no other household items here. I wanted to get a lamp and a lamp shade, oh well, there were other stores for these items. Great and helpful service workers and friendly as well
