Really great selection of floor tiling. The quality of the tile is above the big box stores. You get what you pay for.

Linda and Mac have very high quality tile products at amazingly affordable prices. Linda offered great assistance in helping us to make great color selections. More importantly, they give great technical assistance to do-it-yourselfers like myself. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I agree with other users saying McCall's flooring sells factory seconds at top dollar. The tile I bought was clearly defective. The same tile is being sold at discount tile stores because of the defects in the tile "printing" which McCall's flooring owners claim is hand scraped. They are very nice when they are selling you their products but very disrespectful and unethical if you want make a return.
By the way, if you are a minority or have an accent do not go to this store.response / report this review -

My husband and I just had a horrible experience with this company, I am sorry to say. The wood look tile we bought had very harsh lines across about half the tiles which really clashed with the tiles that didn't have them. We had opened half of the boxes of tile to see if each box was the same. We ended up bringing all the tile back to the store. The lady took our receipt to check it out and would not give it back! The older man (owner/manager maybe) said we didn't return the boxes within 30 days but today is October 10th and according to our credit card statement we purchased the tile on Sept 12th (that is 29 days). On top of lying about when we returned the tile and then not giving the receipt back the man had the audacity to insult my husband on his accent (he is from Mexico) as if the way he speaks has anything to do with our right to return the tile according to their policy? Unbelievable.

Love the Porcelain tile there, best pricing I saw in Cincinnati and the selection is great too. Very knowledgeable guy too helped me pick the best.

I love what this vendor can do with stone. It seemed like every other store was either over-priced or didn’t have any selection. Once they understood what I wanted they showed me lots of samples and they basically met my budget.

I find wool carpets difficult because to get service it always comes with high prices. Not with this supplier. I was pleasantly surprised. So refreshing to see companies out there like this.
