This place was a mess. I couldn't find anything. The employee's were of no help. The selections was subpar. The prices were to high. And I don't think I'd ever go back.

I normally shop at this location because of the selection and great customer service. However, today my experience was not pleasant. I have a Kohl's credit card and received a 30% off coupon in the mail. I have used this coupon online for my Holiday shopping.
Today, I shopped at the store and while checking out, I explained to the cashier that I forgot my coupon at home but the code was JOLLY30. He told me to pull up my Kohl's account to show him the bar code because JOLLY30 was not acceptable. I tried to log in and it failed because I changed my password and I could not remember what I changed it to. I explained this to him and he said that the best he can do is give me the scratch offs to see if I could luckily get a 30% off. I was not satisfied with this response but decided to scratch them because there was a line full of people staring at me and I also had my 8 week old son with me. (I did not want to make a scene) I received a 20% from one of the scratch offs. The cashier said that is the best he can do. (There was not bar code on this scratch off.) I asked "So if I bring my 30% coupon back into the store will you take the additional money off my purchase?" He said yes.
I am very very dissatisfied with my experience with Kohl's. I shop with them for almost all of my Christmas purchases. How come using JOLLY30 online is good enough but not at the store? While scratching the scratch offs I did not see a bar code the cashier had to scan? Also it's a complete inconvenience for me to go home and come back with the coupon so they can finally honor it.
When I got home I called the store manager that day. Her name was Megan. She said she is sorry for the inconvenience but she will go over company policies with the individual that checked me out. She also said that if i bring my receipt back she will adjust the discount. I don't understand how they think it's okay to treat customers this way. Once again its a huge inconvenience to myself to go back to the store to get the correct discount I should have gotten in the first place. It's sad to see Kohl's treating there customer's this way and they have lost my business and I will be canceling my card.response / report this review -

LOVE Kohls! This location typically always has a great selection of their styles and sizes. And I don't think I have ever ran into an employee that was nothing other than nice and helpful!

I can always find something at Kohl's. The coupons that are offered are great!
The store is usually pretty clean. There have been a couple of times that it is messy but it's hard to constantly pick up after people.response / report this review -

I shop at this store often. They have a nice variety and great sales. I especially like their men''s department. My only complaint is that they keep this store too warm. I often cut my trip short because I get uncomfortably hot!

Was there to day , spent my $30.00 Kohl's cash and got some new T-SHIRT's for my husband, Last week had a good day at Kohl's had $13.00 anniversary cash plus 30% off, so we bought a new Power AirFryer XL plus 2 pairs of shoes , Had a good day at Kohl's.You can't go wrong at Kohl's.

For a "small town" Kohl's, they are well-stocked and clean. I was surprised that their men's Big & Tall section had more stock than in the (crazy) Florence store! Any issues I have are with Kohl's corporate decisions, not this store, as employees are friendly and helpful and it was easy to find more than what I was looking for.
