This store has the absolute BEST clearance sales every! They always have other great sales too. If you r a kohls credit card holder, you get special discount year around too!

I went shopping for perfume today and had a wonderful experience. Claire, who was working in jewelry and perfume went out of her way, absolutely above and beyond to turn what started out as a disappointment into a fantastic day for me. She was a joy and is a great example of what customer service should be.

It's Kohlsmainly cheap stuff, constant sales and gimmicks(kohl's cash) to keep you coming back for more. I did recently find 2 sport coats for a total of $40 though. Would be nice if they would staff to straighten up the mess that customers make of the piles of clothes.

Typical Kohl's. Plenty of clothes, plenty of clearance racks stuffed to the gills. Usually clean and well staffed.

Great clothes and cashier was nice. I had the eastgate store call to see if a they had a shirt that eastgate didn't have. They said they did and would hold it at Customer Service. When I got a hr later they did have it. Big disappointment.
