  My go-to jeweler. Took in a floral diamond pendant/pin that had belonged to my late mother. I wore it as a pin and it fell off, then was stepped on or run over. I took it to the jeweler and it's now absolutely PERFECT. I can always find something different there; not the mass-produced stuff at mall jewellers.

  I was super impressed with the way it was handled happy with my by I thought was a great buy more importantly I have trouble with my right hand I just had a small stroke have trouble writing the young gentleman who helped me I believe his name was Jesse but I'm not positive that real nice young man and he was very good about helping with all the paperwork follow through 25 any problems please contact them on a scale 1 to 10 I'll give you all 10 it was great doing business with you thank you very much I'll be back I was at the Milford store but the Amelia store have been there also and they were they were very helpful by sending me the mail for that not what I wanted they told me Milford and they sent me to Milford thanks again guys by job well done

  I was in town on business when I mashed my ring. I looked online for a jeweler with on site repair and Facet was the first one that came up. For a little extra I was able to have my ring fixed in a little over a day! I couldn't be happier!

  I've purchased items here and always felt respected and well listed to here. They do have some cool odds and ends stuff here and they will cut you a deal if you play hardball well enough.

  We have had all our jewelry appraised there. They do a great job at a great price. Staff is friendly and professional. We can't wait to go back to shop for more. Highly recommend them!

  The customer service here is horrible. Don't even try calling them. The only thing they know how to do is put you on hold and usually hang up. I would of only went with one star but an older man named Lang in the music dept. Has a great way with people and that's my only business there. These people act like your call is a waist of time and all I wanted to know was if my guitar had been repaired and was ready for pickup. Anyone who answered acted incompetent about finding that out for me.
