What a great experience! From their no-pressure approach to our salesman's high level of knowledge we are excited to go back and trade our 2016 Escalade for a 2018. (the technology is slightly different, plus we want the longer ESV model). They realized that this is a major purchase and avoided being pushy. I'm excited to buy my next car from here.

This was a wonderful experience. John Clark took the time with us to show us everything on the GMC Terrain SLT2. We wanted an additional item added and while the car was in the shop, they gave us a courtesy car. Very friendly and helpful dealership.

The actual purchase transaction was handled smoothly and relatively easily. Only one undisclosed baloney fee was attempted to be added to the invoice, but was removed.
However, it took six weeks and several hours of my time for the dealership to correctly execute on getting me the promised second key for the vehicle. The first entire week I owned the vehicle, it remained at the dealership, yet nothing was done to address the issue. A comedy of errors ensued from there occupying another five weeks.response / report this review -

Joe and Steve were both helpful, kind, knowledgeable and totally relaxed. I felt no pressure moving forward with any aspect of my purchase, from the initial test drive to signing the final papers. Just had two nice guys helping us through the process. I will also say that as a young female buying a car, everyone I met looked me in the eyes, actually SHOOK my hand firmly (not that awful limp-wristed handshake men sometimes give women), and no one paid undue attention to my father, who was there to help take a look at the physical condition of a car, and to offer advice, but not to put down any money. I was treated kindly and respectfully. I had a very pleasant experience, and so far my used car is working beautifully.

I grew up in a small town in Texas where the car dealer was family owned, trustworthy, transparent, and committed to serving the customer. I've just found the exact same thing at McCaddon in Boulder. What a great place. Go buy your car here!

I've used McCaddon since 1994 and will go no where else. Wendell has been my sales person most of that time and he's courteous, kind, and professional. My finance guy is Justin and he goes above and beyond each time I get a new car to make the transaction go smoothly. I can't say enough about the owner Mark McCaddon. An all around great guy that surrounds himself with only the best people to work at McCaddon. I highly recommend McCaddon Cadillac!

Where to even start?! I just moved to CO and needed a vehicle that could handle the weather and keep our growing family safe. I stopped by at the end of the day and our sales guy Jovany was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal with a less-than-ideal financial situation. We came back the next day and Justin, the financial director, was also incredibly helpful and kind. The whole team worked together to make sure we had the vehicle we wanted and needed at a price we could afford. And also, the car is fantastic. I am more than happy with the purchase and the whole experience. As a newcomer, I totally recommend these guys if you're new to town and not sure where to go.

Just purchased a used truck at McCaddon and couldn't be happier with the process and the people. Nanda and Zach on the sales side were extremely easy to work with and Justin in the business office made the contract portion of the process extremely easy and efficient. No hype, no pressure, no nonsense--just a super helpful and friendly experience from start to finish. I dread car buying and dealerships but this was an extremely enjoyable purchase and can't recommend them highly enough. This will be my first stop when I need to buy another vehicle.

We love the quality of service at McCaddon. Whether its in the Service department or Sales, we've always had a great experience with them. I recently purchased a vehicle here and love how easy the process was. I felt taken care of at this dealership vs. taken advantage of. I will definitely be back!
