Scheduled service for a car I purchased there. Was told there would be a loaner for me. There was not. Was sent to enterprise where they tried to charge me a fee. Dealer service employee, Jorge, said he could not do anything about it and began getting vulgar when I explained I had driven an hour to have the car serviced at this dealer. He refused to help and insisted I must pay the fee. Began screaming when I asked to be picked up and taken back to the dealer so I could pick up my car. Wasted 3 hours of my time with these less than professional people.

After having a horrible experience with Ocean Mazda in Doral, I went to Mazda of North Miami. I was there for less than 4 hours and walked out with a brand new car. Ruben and Joe were excellent and honest. They answered all of my questions and were ethical and upfront. I highly recommend going to Mazda of North Miami, very professional!

Very deceiving. Called and asked for pricing, exchanged a few emails and was offered a rate. I mentioned I was coming from South West Miami and did not want to waste my time. Of course when I arrived the sales rep, Sam Velazquez, told me the rates he gave were no longer valid. I doubted those rates ever existed but regardless he was well aware he was being dishonest. It was his bait-and-switch move. Once there, him and his teammates started playing their tiresome game of providing one rate, then lowering it saying it was a great effort on their part, and switching you to the model "they" wanted. All throughout swearing you were the dumbest person around. Unpleasant experience. If you want to go to a car dealer and be treated to unsavory car salesmen's gimmicks, Mazda of North Miami is the place.

Five star rating for a five star dealership! The salesman Victor Benhaim gets a five star as well. What else can I say when you are dealing with the best? If you want service that makes you feel you are walking in a red carpet, without the jewelry, the high heels, and the dress. Mazda of North Miami is the place.

from the moment I walked into the room I felt welcomed already. they always asked me what I wanted and made it happen. Always made the customer feel special, and I had many problems with another Mazda dealership and they resolved each and every problem I had. The person that helped me was named Albert, so far the best dealer that has every helped me. The financing guy was amazing as well, fought for what I wanted and I thank both of them for that. Definitely going to be a recommended place from me.

I am appalled by the lack of service from this dealership. I took my car for servicing and it has truly been a horrific experience. It's been a month and a half and I still don't have my car back. They told me a piece was on "back order" and when I reached out to corporate they said it wasn't the case. It's just been so much back and forth, no date of completion, nothing. It's just felt sneaky and I will definitely never ever go back to this dealership, and I will definitely NEVER buy a Mazda ever again, because not even their corporate office could resolve the issue. Do not go to this dealership!

Writing this many months late, entirely my fault. I reached out to twelve dealers to organize a over-the-phone (long distance) sale of a car for my elderly mom and looking for the lowest lease possible on a basic car. Some were not interested, some just were off-putting, and there was Victor. He gave me Porsche service for literally one of the least expensive Mazdas on the lot. Everything delivered as promised and he really worked hard for a trivial sale on their books. I really appreciate all of it, especially this week as mom drove out of Florida for Hurricane Irma. It's the first time I get to drive the Mazda 3, it's a surprisingly awesome value. Thanks Victor!

I am rating them five stars because they deserve it. Vehicles quality is exceptional and really helped match me with the right vehicle. When it came to finance they worked with me to overcome some issues and worked to get me a great finance rate. I would buy my next car here as well. Thank you Mazda of North Miami.

I was looking to get a new car and have always wanted to try a mazda. I walked in and was immediately helped by Yeyca, who was very knowledgeable and honest about mazdas. She took us on a great test drive and I was sold. She made sure that I'd get the best deal and had her sales manager, Manny, drop a small amount off the certified pre owned mazda 6, which helped with tag costs. They put customers first by providing a great customer experience and service, and even after being past business hours, they kept a smile on their face and were friendly and polite at all times. Will definitely come back to get a cx5 for my wife and would absolutely refer to anyone who wants a new car. Thanks Yeyca and Manny!

The only valuable thing was the lesson for my son (of how not to run a business). Being a business owner of over 100 employees, I can say that just about everything was awful. Clueless, careless, inattentive. You just want to leave asap. How can Mazda corporate allow this. Other reviews are the same.

They posted an ad for a car my brother wanted to purchase. He called 35 minutes before we arrived to make sure the vehicle was still available. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle was sold this morning at 10am. Then they offered a much worse model for almost double the price as the car in the ad. They use bait ads to deciet their customers. I believe the other reviews that claim they take advantage after contracts are made. Would never recommend this dealer.

I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend this dealership at all. So many employees not doing anything.
The particular person who finally helped me decided to take a 15 minute nap in the sun first. Unbelievable.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I refinanced my car and brought the proper paperwork to get refunded for my gap insurance. I was given a copy of the cancellation form. According to form it takes up to 60-90 days for the refund. Okay, cool. I've been waiting since 10/7/2016 and haven't received anything. I went to the dealership on 3/16/2017 and spoke with 3 finance people who happened to be in the same office at the time. I explained my situation and they seemed confused as if what I was asking for wasn't possible. One of them decides to see the copy I had and determined it was his signature(Ron). So Ron makes a copy of my cancellation form(which is a copy of a copy) and told me he would call me in the morning. Friday morning comes and goes so I decide to call myself. I left a detailed message for Diane who later told me that she never received my cancellation form and that she had to ask Ron about it when she got my message. So I basically waited 3 extra months for something that wasn't even processed. Ron has yet to call me and apologize for the inconvenience that he has caused.
