  Great store with quality products. Range of prices to fit your budget. Knowledgeable staff very helpful. If anything is wrong, they keep their word in accordance with the warranty of the product. Excellent service. We love our mattress!

  Good selection and pricing. The manager told me the company was still run by the same family who started the company. He also pointed out the governor of Maryland bought from their company.

  The day we purchased our mattress our salesman (KYLE) told us any mattress over $1500.00 had free delivery. When the mattress was delivered the $65.00 fee was on the invoice. The delivery personnel said to call our salesman. He told us the district manager (John Gibson) would have to authorize the refund but he was out of town for a family emergency. We called back and were told their manager misplaced the request and they would resubmit. Repeated calls, received promises of return calls the next day, which never happened. Calls to customer service yielded no results but once again promised return calls. Our recent calls to the Hagerstown store "Well, that's another story" and not a very good one!! Kyle is never there and Mattress Warehouse has never offered "free shipping". These salesman are as unprofessional as you can find. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
