We had been referred to Mattress USA in Dothan, AL by some friends. We had been looking into a new mattress system for a few years. We got several referrals on Face Book too. Our experience was extremely good. The people knew about their products. They never pressured us and gave us plenty of time to try out several mattresses and pillows. The atmosphere was comfortable and most pleasant. The price was right! The delivery experience was great too. Thank you for helping us and we are enjoying our new mattress system.

I have been so impressed with Mattress USA! My husband and I purchased a Sealy adjustable last year and it has literally been the best purchase we've ever made!
This mattress has been a lifesaver throughout my pregnancy and life with an infant. I fall asleep the minute my head hits the pillow and wake up feeling so rested even with an infant in the crib next to me! We used to love going on vacation to sleep on a nice mattress in a hotel, but now we love falling into our own bed after a long trip!
The staff were so friendly, allowed us to take our time, and didn't try to up-sell us for something out of our price range. We will definitely be supporting them for all future needs!

Products we have used:
Malouf: woven sheets, Low-lift memory foam pillow, maternity pillow, travel pillows (will not leave town without those travel pillows)!
Fashion bed group: cooling pillow
Sealy adjustable memory foam mattress (the BEST!)

My wife and I have had our bed for one week now. It has measured up to what we were told during the purchase process.
When we arrived at Mattress USA Dothan (Gallery) we were greeted by Rhonda and she started by showing us options that are available. She then suggested we try the bedMatch technology to determine our most comfortable mattress. We then tried several different mattresses on display to be sure which one best suited us.
We then left to discuss what both of us thought of the experience, plus we shopped at other local companies. We decided the best presentation, guarantee and price was at Mattress USA Gallery. We ultimately bought the Kingsdown split king size mattress set.
We look forward to years of good service knowing that we can call on Mattress USA should there be any problem. We also want to say that our experience at Mattress USA Gallery was a most pleasant and enjoyable purchase due to the professionalism of the entire staff especially Rhonda and Andrew.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Had an idea of what we wanted and they showed us exactly what we were looking for in the store. Did even better by suggesting a different mattress that was an even better match for my wife and I. Bought that one, they gave us a free mattress protector, and gave us free delivery. We will definitely be spreading the word about this store.

As soon as my husband and I walked into the store, every employee behind the service counter stood up and greeted us with smiles! We felt kind of bad, because we had walked into the store 30 minutes before it was supposed to close. My husband apologized and the associates all laughed and said, "We could sell you 3 mattresses within that time frame!" All very friendly people! We described what we were looking for and our particular associate JC Moore was very kind and led us directly to a mattress that fit our description and that was within our budget! We ended up purchasing the first mattress he led us to within 10-15 minutes of being in the store! Conveniently, our mattress was delivered the next day. We were very pleased with our experience here and highly recommend Mattress USA, Dothan! :)

We went into mattress shopping a bit nervous and on a tight budget, but it ended up being an excellent experience thanks to Andrew and the staff at Mattress USA. He never tried to push anything we couldn't afford and gave us plenty of space to look and discuss what our best options would be. Extremely military friendly and got us a really excellent deal on an entire set up from mattress to headboard to pillows. The delivery guys were polite and helped relocate the old bed to my guest room which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience and I'd highly recommend them!

If you are in need of beds or mattresses, I highly recommend Mattress USA in Dothan on Main St. I purchased my second mattress there yesterday within a year's time. They are honest, trustworthy, Christians who go above and beyond to make your shopping experience stress-free. Thank you to the staff who helped make my purchase a memorable one. Oh, and the mattress?? Love it!! What more could a girl ask for?
