I really give this store 10 Stars! From the minute I walked in the store I was pleasantly greeted and the staff help me through the process of finding a GREAT MATTRESS! They were very professional and kind. The store manager (Ryan) went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. From here on out this will be our #1 place to purchase any mattress from here on out. No matter how far we have to drive. It’s worth it!!!

Great experience finding a mattress for our son. Shopped around to a few other local stores and Ryan was by far the most helpful salesman with the best product prices. Will return next time.

Great customer service. William did a great job helping me and my wife choose the perfect mattress for us. He helped us understand the difference between all the kinds of mattresses and which one worked for us. He also gave us a great deal on a new mattress set. Thanks again William for the awesome service and information you provided us. Great job. Keep it up. I would definitely recommend this location and William.

I've been speaking with William for the last week and wanted a low profile box spring. It's was $90 plus tax I went to pick it up today and they were out of stock on the fossil brand I was gonna purchase so instead he sold me a box spring worth $399.99 for the price of the fossil at $90! So awesome! Great costumer service! Would definitely recommend coming here!! Thank you William and matress firm!!

Trent has turned a terrible experience and outcome into a positive one. I was sold a mattress by a rookie salesman about 9 months ago, a mattress that never could have fulfilled my need and that was destined to fall apart with typical use. Trent was able to guide the warrantee exchange process and made sure that i was satisfied with the exchange, as well as going out of his way to check in. Had trent not helped the way he did, i guarantee that the 600 we spent there would have been written off as a loss and we would have simply purchased from amazon. The delivery today went smoothly, though the guys were confused on why they were exchanging the base. I had the letter showing both were approved pieces and there was no further question.

Outstanding customer service! I was shopping on a limited budget & Trent, my sales rep looked for any and every deal he could find, even through other Mattress Firm locations. Great selection, great sales. I definitely recommend!

We had great service! We seen a sign in the window for Black Friday specials came in looking to possibly buy a bed for our guest room. William, sold us on buying a mattress for our bed and pillows too and we don't even have to worry about delivery. William C is awesome!
