Had them come do 4 rooms. We were told they specialize in pet stains. They do not! Our carpets looked worse after they left! They over-saturated the rooms and closets and did not extract enough of the water/solution. Carpet took 4 days to dry leaving an awful, musty odor. We called to discuss this issue with them 2 days after service and never received a call back. So, I am now forced to have my floors redone next week with another company. Don't waste your money here! Unresponsive to concerns & Did more harm than good.

Great customer service and quick to jump into action! I use for both my personal cleaning and refer to all my sellers and buyers in need of mold remediation. Dan is the best and you can trust the job is done right!

Very impressed! Well run company by Dan, a super nice straightforward guy. Very professional representation by Matt, one of the techs that came out to remove the mold in my attic and basement. Reasonable price and honest. You won’t have to feel like you’re getting taken for a ride when you use these guys. Highly recommend.

Had the best experience today! Cant say enough about the service. Setting up the appointment was pleasant and a breeze. Prices were spot on! When the technician showed up I was helping a lady load a piece of furniture up and he jumped right in to help seeing two ladies struggling. John (technician)was so helpful and sweet. He was awesome!!!I look forward to the next service we receive from them. Highly recommend master clean!

Such a competant well run company! Theresa made it so easy to schedule-she even calls and confirms the day before. Ricky was timely and went above and beyond. He honestly made my carpets look brand new! He gave me an exact price (even after a quote over the phone) and all the details before he started the job. No surprises, and I can appreciate that! I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future! Thanks so much MasterClean!
