Garage spring broke at 7pm Saturday night. Called Master Garage at 8:30pm. The actual garage professional answered the phone. Not a receptionist, not a call service company. Said he will be at my house on a Sunday at 9am to fix the garage. He kept his word, and fixed my broken spring at a fair price, especially for a Sunday morning. In less than 12 hours over a weekend, my garage door was fixed. Hire these guys.

I called this company for two different problems with my three car garage. Both times they came to my aid on the same day that I called. And they fixed multiple breakages such as replacing broken springs and problem solving other damages without charging me extra for those items. All in all the the repairs were very fast and I was very satisfied and impressed with this company. I will not hesitate to call this again company for future repairs and since my garage doors were installed in the 80’s they gave me the best estimate for new installation in the future without giving me any pressure. I also really felt very good that I was supporting a family business and I believe it was the young CEO who came and did a great professional job!
