  These guys were absolutely amazing. Not only did they get me in first thing in the morning, they were able to schedule repairs for the same day at a fraction of what I was originally expecting to spend. Master Auto Tech is the epitome of what a local business is supposed to be. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, with fantastic service and integrity. Danny put my mind at ease, focusing on safety concerns first, then went the extra mile to make sure I got a chance to see what exactly was being fixed. They even brought one of the pieces being replaced in so I could see why it had made such a racket and understand what exactly was broken. Mind you, I'm a woman, and I've never been treated so respectfully and equally at any other repair shop. These guys are my go to now, I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!

  Danny and Bob are the kindest and most honest mechanics I have ever been to. I took my car in for a service B on my Mercedes about a month ago and they went above and beyond on the service as well as finding another issue on my car, they had contacted me and let me know of the issue and asked if I wanted to go ahead and get this fixed. I gave them the go and they ensured me that they would get the problem fixed right away. They had lent me a courtesy car in the meantime so I could get to and from work, no questions asked.
  
  I had to take my car back in recently due to another issue and once again they blew me away, I have been to so many mechanics in the past and I have never experienced the service Master Auto Tech has. They truly care for their clients and work hard to get the right job done. I highly recommend them, not only do they get the job done, they care for you. I don’t think I’ll ever look for another mechanic shop ever again. They are honest, kind and have affordable rates, and continue to blow me away with their service. These guys are incredible!!!!

  I brought my vehicle in due to a loud noise coming from the suspension. It sounded pretty bad, to the point of not wanting to drive the vehicle. After leaving it all day I come back to pick up the vehicle and Bob tells me they couldn't find what the issue was and proceeded to charge me $113.00 for the diagnosis time. And he says they did notice I needed new ball joints though ($680.00) and that they were bad enough to be dangerous driving in there current state. So of course I figured I needed to replace them and made an appointment. Well the next morning while driving to work that same noise Bob couldn't determine what the problem was got even worse so I went to Meridian Tire. They found the problem in 5 min (a loose shock mounting bolt) tightened it up and fixed the issue. I also had them check the Ball joints that Bob had just told me were dangerously in need of replacing and they found them to be fine. So I will not be going back to master auto tech and would not recommend them to anyone.

  So I called Bob, had appointment at 2. Dropped my car at his shop by 1. I waited for whole day and half of the next day. He never called me. I called him at the evening of next day and came to know he didn't even check my car in two days. On the third day I showed up at his shop, he started making stories he had called me but someone else picked up etc. but when I we checked the number he was calling on was a right number. So technically he never called me. He gave me my car back on third day. I had appointment for my car to get fixed.
  Very bad and non professional.

  I don't recommend these guys. The owner acts like he knows what he is talking about but I caught him in some simple lies. If you don't know a little bit about cars I could see how this place could talk themselves up pretty easy and seem like heroes that they are not.

  IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. No this is not my real name. I have in deed went to your shop along with the other shops for repairs. My family has five vehicles so dont be surprised that we have used many shops. I had to go out of town to find a reputable shop that pointed out the poor service that we have been receiving from shops in Bellingham. I gladly travel to the skagit valley to an amazing shop. Once I found out whats been happening to my family we felt it was our duty to write proper reviews for the local shops that we have visited. I am a real person with five vehicles writing real reviews of my experiences.

  We own three Mercedes equipped vehicles (CLK-320, GL320 Diesel and Freightliner Sprinter Diesel RV). Love the Mercedes product but when it came to servicing at the dealership the pricing as well as evidence of replacement of parts based on time in vehicle not usage / breakage was apparent.
  
  We started searching locally (Vancouver Canada) but when we did not find anyone reputable we expanded our search to Bellingham WA and found Master Auto Tech.
  
  To start with you get the feeling that you are being taken care of. Everything is clearly explained. When it comes to replacement of parts this is done based on usage and breakage and not time in vehicle based. As far as price, quite a difference for example on an alternator in GL320 was quoted $1,550 at dealership and $980 at Master Tech.
  
  Loaner car available, coffee, nice customer waiting area equipped with small jack russell shop dog to keep you entertained!

  Professional, patient, and courteous. They took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the repairs needed on my German car so that I could make an informed decision. I felt they were honest and tried to save me money. The work they performed on my car was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Master Auto Tech.

  I am very disappointed with the service here. I broke down with my husband and two children (2 and 3) on a very hot day, they tried charging $90 for a part, and over $100 in labor, my father later purchased this part for under $36, and installed said part in under 30 minutes. I understand marking up prices for parts, and labor, they have to make a living some how. What makes me angry, is that they came over immediately after my father arrived, saying we had to leave because we were making business look bad.. this is after they watched my children crying in the sun for two hours.. then they proceeded to make my father and myself push our car into oncoming traffic, with my children inside, knowing we had no brakes, or power steering. Sorry for driving away customers, but maybe you should try being a decent human being, and look at what's actually happening in front of you. But no, dollar signs are much more important.

  Master Auto Tech has been servicing my BMW for the past 4 years. Customer service and quality of work has been consistently exceptional. Additional bonus is a loaner car is provided whenever possible.

  I own a MB which is four years almost five years old. I have taken by car twice to Bob and both times I have been very pleased with the service and staff. I did not have to wait for weeks to get an appointment which was fantastic. He has car loaners if he is going to keep the car for a few days and he also will take you home and pick you up when you car is ready
