While working on our car, the door got broken. They were extremely apologetic and paid for repair in full, plus refunded part of our tire costs to make up for the trouble. Would recommend!

These guys are awesome they have the best customer service and best prices on tires. After my third flat tire this month my last visit was with a damaged side wall thankful the tire was still under warranty and I paid minimum for a replacement and it was ready when they said it would be thanks. Appreciate you guys.

Terrific customer service. I had a slow leak in a tire. I came in with no appointment and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Since I had purchased my tires from them the repair was free! Can't recommend enough.

Treated me very well, worked with me, and even though our work truck I brought in want under the work phone number, worked with me until we found it under my bosses number. The service was pretty fast, called with update and questions about what to service, and they took care of the problem in a way that kept me very happy and able to keep working when I randomly got a screw in the side of my work truck.

It can get busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. Other than that, you cannot he free rotation and tire repair.

These guys are awesome.
I dropped in earlier today (12th of April) to get 2 lug nuts off that destroyed 4 of my sockets (previous owner over tightened the living hell out of these special lugs). Without hesitation they told me to pull the car into the garage and got onto it right away. During the process, those 2 lugs destroyed 3 of their sockets and the guy even went out to his own car to grab his own tools to try and get the darn lugs off. Eventually they came off and were replaced.
Thank you guys for the amazing service and dedication to help me out with a rather destructive problem of "just" getting 2 lugs off. You guys have not only earned my respect, but a customer who will not hesitate doing business with you guys again, and will certainly recommend others to stop in. Thank you.

I bought 4 new tires for my truck at Discount Tire a few months ago and they did a great job. They didn't have them in stock, which sucked, but otherwise everything was great. It was pretty quick in and out both times.

I showed up maybe 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire from a nail and a spare limping my subaru there, and they got me out just before they locked the doors for the night. The men I spoke to were very friendly and helpful in regards to my warranty. Will return here next time I have a flat, as it seems to happen a couple times a year for me.

I have never been so disgusted with company, as I was today. I have always used Mill Creek location because they always take care of the customer, I even drive out of my way to go there. I always felt safe that if I needed a tire I would be taken care of.

However, today I had a flat tire and went out of way to go to Discount by work and not taking chance to drive to Mill Creek. I called earlier and told them at 4pm that I had the warranty and just had a flat tire, or should I drive to Mill Creek i think the guys name was jeff or jason, but he said we can take care of you no matter what, we close at 6pm.

I got to the Shoreline location, and the guy went got my tire verified I needed a new tire, he checked my tread checked if any tire to replace and he said they had nothing until tomorrow. I said ok just put another tire on or used tire like Mill Creek does. He said without looking we cant do that, i said i was told no matter what i would get a tire even if not in with warranty. He said I could buy one, i said you cant replace cuz u donot have but you will sell me one. No you will replace but not til tomorrow, he said he checked with northgate they have the tire, but they are closed but will wait 15 minutes, i said but they are 30 min away w/traffic. I asked will they wait he said probably not. He said you better hurry.

I said so you want me to drive to lake stevens on a spare, he then said if i put a tire other than what you have will ruin your car, i said and a spare wont, he said no it will ruin your car as well..i just looked at him dumb founded.. he then proceeded to tell me nothing he could do.

I called Keith at Mill Creek location and explained everything and he was so surprised at what i just told him i asked is this normal he said NO. He looked at there inventory and said there were atleast 19 tires he could have put on my vehicle, it would not ruin my car. We would have made sure you were safe 1st.

So he lied to me, he said all I know is that he could have taken care if you.

He said do you want to come in I will wait we will take care of you.. i told him i was stuck in traffic but will you be able to fix at 8am.. he said you are set.

I couldnt believe he couldnt take care of me but could sell me a new tire this store should be ashamed of themselves. What if it was your daughter, girlfriend or wife and you knew they had to drive the kids as far as I needed to go, would you have reacted differently? Shame on you I will make sure I make my comments known as many times as I can..
