Prices can be high but if you know how to negotiate (just like buying a car) than you won’t overpay. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Keystone Hideout towards the end of the summer. We were only able to take it out one time but it is a solid built RV that we picked up for a great price. Shannon in the finance department found better financing than we secured from our own bank and threw in lots of extras at no extra charge. I see lots of folks saying that this location is dishonest and shady but I wonder how many of these customers bothered to research and ask the right questions. This is our first RV purchase and we researched “RV life” for around 2 months prior to making the purchase. I would suggest that if you are a first timer you do the same and save yourself the hassle of RV’ing in the end. It’s a lot of work but can be cost effective and bring lots of joy to the family, if you know what you are in for. Towing capacities for the vehicle, understanding the upkeep and maintenance, backing the thing up, set up and tear down are just a few of the things that you should thoroughly look into prior to making the purchase.

The only reason we give this location a 5 star is because of certain staff members by name! Great customer service by Dave Andrews GM, Albert service, Taylor, Sue & young gal who helped us get our Good Sams visa in the store, Bobbie in sales, both Brandon's & Pat in service, Lon the boss of the overnight stay lot security during our over 45 days ended up we thought would of been the worst but, as long as you have these wonderful people that make this location work your going to be just fine!! Thank you to everyone that really made our long visit a pleasure during the long & much unexpected changes. We would refer your dealership and store to everyone!! Thanks again for changing our Camping World!! The Oliver's

Drove 30 min to look at campers. Parked in the retail store parking lot and did some shopping, then walked over to look at motorhomes. Had the security guy on a golf cart follow us around then a salesman came up and asked if we needed help. Told him no, we were just looking then he questioned where we had parked at. Told him at the store, and started to walk off then the security guy stopped and questioned us. Felt like a criminal because we wanted to look at campers we are interested in buying. Will never give them my business now. Terrible customer service!

SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT COME HERE!
My wife and myself bought a 2017 Keystone travel trailer from here in September 2016. There was couple manufacture defects that needed to be fixed. Took it in December 2016 and did not get it back to the end of Apr 2017.
We were told it would only take a week. But that person no longer worked there, so the trailer sat there until i called a 2 weeks later. In Jan 2017 I was told that the parts had not even been ordered due to the employee no longer worked there.
Fast forward Mar 2017 we finely get to pick up our trailer, fixed and done. WRONG!! 5 of items that they were suppose to fix and paperwork said was done, were not even touched. Including damaged that one of those workers took out a Hard Ball sized chunk out of the dinette area. Only to be left for me to find.
So, long story short. They are liars and in my honest opinion thief's. Anyone that tries and claims they did the work and did not. Is straight up stealing from their consumers.

A fantastic purchase experience! Great pricing, great service, friendly salespeople. I highly recommend if you are seriously considering your next RV purchase or are a first time buyer. My husband and I bought our first trailer from Barney at Camping World in Burlington. We had a great experience! It was pouring rain the day we looked. Despite the rain Barney showed us several trailers. From shopping to financing to the final walk through before we drove away - everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Shannon was amazing to work with as well. Definitely recommend the good folks at Camping World!!
