  Mary was amazing to work with. My wife and I knew very little about buying a home and Mary walked us through the whole process and explained everything simply and thoroughly. She made sure we hit all of our deadlines, answered every email / phone call in a timely fashion, and calmed all of our nerves! Mary actually recommended the house that we ended up buying (and absolutely love) and it wasn't even on our radar! If and when we buy another home, we will definitely use Mary again.

  I cannot say enough good things about Mary! When I decided to sell my house after 22 years, I turned to Mary. I have known her for several years, and her reputation in town is outstanding! Mary went above and beyond to help sell my house in a stalled market. She was professional and friendly. I could call or text anytime with any question and get an immediate response. She helped me stay calm and focused when the market slowed down and not panic when showings were slow. She had the listing for my house in multiple places trying to generate broader interest. She arranged realtor showings and worked hard to connect me to a buyer. Her advice was always spot on and in my best interest. She was with me every step of the selling process, explaining forms and answering questions! She even came to the closing with me. This is a nerve-wracking process and I was lucky to have someone with so much experience and knowledge in my corner. Thank you, Mary from the bottom of my heart! Your thoughtfulness, patience and professionalism made this a great experience!

  Mary is an excellent realtor to work with and an amazing person. She helped us negotiate on a multi family investment property and ensured we closed the deal. If you’re looking for a realtor that is extremely knowledgeable of the Chaffee County area, look no further.
