The facility and employees are nice, but they did a poor job on two separate occasions with my vehicles. You can read the details below if you are interested. They shifted the burden onto me to make sure they did their work accurately and with quality. I won't be going back.
In one case, they put in a new windshield that disabled my safety cameras. They sent me to my dealer to figure out why and it turned out they had used the wrong windshield and covered the camera lenses. So, I had to come back a second time for them to put in the correct windshield. When the cameras still didn't work, they sent me to my dealer again for an expensive calibration. I now take my car to Safelite because they don't send me somewhere else to complete the job.
In another case, one of my children was in an accident and their car needed some body work. Later, when I had to get under the car Martins "fixed" I found that they had only replaced what was visible from the outside. Numerous fasteners were missing underneath and some sections of the body had been put back in place but not repaired.response / report this review -

Martins Collision repair was recommended to me from a friend and I'm so glad I went. They were very professional and made the situation stress free. They did an incredible job on the repair and made it look like nothing ever happened to my car. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly reccomed this repair shop

It did take 10 days for my Jeep to get fixed, but it was worth the wait. They were very accommodating and even willing to help me schedule a shuttle to and from enterprise for the rental car. I came 30 minutes after they closed to pick up my car and they were so friendly and acted happy to wait for me (although I wouldn’t have been) even after closing time. The car was cleaned and detailed inside and everything looked perfect!

My experience with Martins Collision was great. They are friendly and professional. They fixed our car better then expected, with 2 calls a week to let us know the progress being made and time it would be ready by. There shop is clean and organized and they will always offer you a drink and your kids a snack. We'll never take our cars anywhere else. We love Martins

Over the last 20 years, I have had a few fender bangers. Out of all the auto body shops I have visited, Martin Collision is clearly heads above them all. The service is impressive and their work is high quality. No wonder they have won Best in State for many years.

Martins Collision did an amazing job! From the minute you step into the main door, you can see you're going to be taken good care of. Everyone in the building had a giant smile on their face which to me shows they have a good environment in which they work! Always means they'll do there best work! Due to the fact they enjoy the company and want it to have a good rep! They were very clear with what needed to be done with the car and most importantly honest about it! Overall experience here at martins was beyond spectacular! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs work done!

Awesome shop. Extremely clean. We are very happy with our car and the repairs made and they had it completed within just a few days. They also gave us a ride to pick up our rental car. Would highly recommend these guys!

I highly recommend Martins. Start to finish seamless. They worked with insurance company and took care of everything. The tech,Scott, that did the work on my truck is a true pro! Nice to deal with a company like this

The costumer service was nothing but helpful. They were quick to answer questions and give insight past what their job entailed. I was 100% satisfied with how they treated me and, above all, with my vehicle! It looks great! I would recommend them to anyone!

I'm going to be totally honest and say I have no idea how they ever get anything but a one star review. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. They have taken over 4 months on a project that should have taken a couple weeks. They made me schedule weeks in advance to get my car looked at and then didn't even get me in the day I was scheduled for. After that, they consistently were late on all deadlines they gave me and then never called to inform me on what was going on. To end it all, I'm still waiting on a part that they told me they would have a month ago and they had even forgot they hadn't finished it all and when I've called in about it they keep telling me that they will call me back and then weeks pass by before I finally have to call them. Please please please, if you want a good experience, never go here. I am just happy to know that I won't have to deal with them ever again. They have been an absolute nightmare to work with

Was recommended by a friend to come here so I came to get an estimate on my car after someone hit me. They gave me a reasonable estimate without me having to pay extra for some scratches on my car. They helped me out as much as they could and did an amazing job doing so. Got me an appointment right away and finished my car in a few hours. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier! Best place to go to get your car fixed with amazing results and amazing service!

I Highly recommend Martins for your Collision Repair needs. We came in to get our roof repaired on our vehicle and we were shown nothing but wonderful customer service. We were greeted with many friendly faces, and open hearts. We could truly feel that they wanted to do everything they could to help us out. Our car repair was going to take about a week, and they helped arrange us a rental car and took care of everything for us. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly. They even kept us updated on how our car was doing. Very positive experience and we were very satisfied with our service.
