Martinez Auto body did the work on my daughter's car. I told Arnie, fix this car as if it was your daughters, and he did just that. He is the nicest most professional guy you could want to deal with. They did excellent work on her car , they also have a great warreny on their work. Very very satisfied with this body shops work and if I needed to, which I hope I don't, but if I do, I'll go back to see Arnie.

ZERO STARS! This place is awful. I was towed there because my insurance company chose it. The day I was told to pick up my car (totaled out for age but working), no one was available to tow some non working vehicle that was blocking my working but damaged vehicle in. The next day I get another call saying that they need ANOTHER day, so I negotiated to where they said they would bring it to my house on Friday morning. I didn't get a call at all Friday. By the time I got off, they were closed. Monday I call and ask what happened, the front desk guy says he'll call me right back
2 hours later, I CALL BACK and and am met with an "Oh uh you gotta get it yourself" No explanation, no apology when I arrived, just given my keys DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CONFUSED LIARS!!!!response / report this review -

There should be a rating of - stars !!!They gave me an estimate to repair my car after an accident. . My insurance said I could take it anywhere to be repaired. I try to help out small businesses whenever possible so I let them repair it. What a mistake..I now have a SUV with a third row seat that will not work. When I took it in for an estimate I told them I could not get half of the third row seat to come up. They told me they would include this in the estimate. Needless to say, I got the car back, and neither seat worked. When I called they told me that the seat that worked was ready to stop working anyway. They did tell me they would see if there was anything they could do, but that was over 2 weeks ago, I will never hear from them again. Now I also found out that when they took my grandson's car seat out fro the second row of seats they broke the seat belt. Now I will have to pay not only for the seats, but the belt also. So much for helping the little guy!!!
