TRY ABRA AUTO BODY ON GLENWOOD RD.
Went to CDE in Lansing, IL once because no other adjuster was available at the time that I needed. The service was "eh". Nothing special. The guy that wrote my quote seemed like he had some inner douche in him, but he did his best to get as many repairs approved through Allstate. Their staff doesn't greet everyone that walks in, and their faces aren't mean, but they aren't inviting either. They look you dead in the eyes w/out saying hello or at half ass smile you. They were as about as BASIC as they could get lmao. I did NOT get my car repaired through them because I could tell that their were nothing but ghetto douche bags. These reviews just confirmed my judgment😂

I've seen alot of body shops in the area have very poor quality work .. if u want your car done right I highly recommend CDE .. I DEALT with Joe he was friendly and was very attentive. John the manager DiD everything he could possibly do to make sure my car was top notch when it was returned ro me .. also met with Tom who was a pleasure to talk to and do buisness with if there was anything i didnt like they went above and beyond to make sure it A plus. if I could give u guys ten stars I would ..

This place is awesome! They have first class service and they treat you with professionalism and respect. Everything went so smoothly for me with no snags or delays of any kind. $2000+ worth of repairs completed in 3 days! And for your added convenience, they have an in-the-premises desk with an Enterprise Rental agent right there.

They two toned my 2015 Chrysler 300 limited using the wrong black paint. My car is now two toned, they claimed that there must be scratches in the clear coat of the rest of the car and the light isn't reflecting the color correctly. They are basically trying to talk to me like a chick who is blind. My car is now a laughed at by the people I send pictures of it to. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in to get my car, noticed there was new a dent in my car that wasn't there upon dropping my car off for repair. I notified john or joe and was told that the dent was there when I dropped the car off, I told him that this was new damage that was done while my car was at CDE and ask to see the pre-inspection walk around sheet. john went into the office came back out to my car to look at the dent a second time, went back into the office, then asked me to come into the back to review the walk around sheet. immediately I noticed that there were to different inks on the sheet one ball point and the other a felt pen in which john was holding the felt pen in his hand, I asked him did he think I was stupid and ray Charles could see that he had just added the X mark where the new dent was. long story short he was busted changing the paperwork to show the new dent as a previous dent. he admitted to doing so. CDE fixed the new dent but I don't appreciate being treated like a FOOL.. this is definitely not good customer service. I advise you if you are taking your car to this place CDE HAMMOND, IN. ask for a copy of the pre inspection, take pictures, and do what's necessary to protect yourself before leaving your car with them. overall the work was good but JOHN/ JOE could have kept the lie about the damage they caused. people like this has not business working with the public.

Amazing amazing amazing!!
Someone had rear-ended me in the parking lot and these guys went not just an extra mile- they went at least 8 extra miles and fixed every little detail! I was missing a headlight washer lid- and they even replaced that without asking a question. Everything was done with a perfect color match as well!
And the best part- they charged me only HALF of the price that every other body shop estimated me for.

Couldn't ever be happier with my choice!
